Kanazawa Eki-naka Drink Comparison Part 3 I found out later that I had had this drink when I visited Kanazawa in January half a year ago. It is made from 100% long-lived rice. Surprisingly fishy flavor on the palate 🤔. I don't know how to describe this feeling. I felt it with other sake at a standing bar the other day... It's a bit peculiar, but I enjoyed it 🙌 By the way 🍶. There was also a store in Kanazawa station where you can drink Naohiko Noguchi's sake, But I had already had a glass of Noriguchi at a pub in front of Kanazawa station the day before with my drinking buddies, so I decided to pass on it this time 👋. The Nooguchi bar was also quite crowded 👏.

Kanazawa Eki-naka drinking comparison #2 A fantastic sake! It is labeled as I remember it was written that it is not available outside of the prefecture (?). I remember that it said something like "You can't get it outside of the prefecture. Brewer's alcohol added It was easy to drink and I would have enjoyed it, but personally, I often get sick after drinking alsobe, so I drank it with trepidation 🍶(though it was delicious).

Drink comparison on a trip to Kanazawa (1) I visited this place six months ago and liked it. Kanazawa Sake Brewery is located in "Ant", a souvenir shop in Kanazawa station. 3-sake set (with snacks) 1,000 yen🙌 Perfect for when you have some extra time to buy some souvenirs and then take the train, shinkansen, or highway bus 💡. This one was my favorite of the three. The royal road! Tasteful, with a light aftertaste.

I got something that is hard to get! and a sake friend. He shared a glass with me 🍶. This is delicious! That's right, it's one of the rare bottles of Tetorigawa that got me into the sake swamp. It's sweet, but refreshing, and not too sake-y in a good way, so you can drink as much as you want.

On an extra trip to Kanazawa on a live expedition 🍶. There is a store that sells various kinds of sake! One of the locals recommended this place to me! It was very popular! I arrived 30 minutes before opening time, but there were already people waiting! Let's start with one of the locals' recommendations. It's delicious. High aroma, clean aftertaste, sweet even though it is super dry. Since it was lunch time, I ordered a set of soba noodles and rice with egg.

The second comparison of drinks at home 🍶. Hoshisen I thought I had had this one before... but when I followed it up, I found that I had only had the light nigori as part of the Ume Matsuri drinking comparison set... I got myself back on track and here we go! It's delicious! The mouthfeel is firm, the acidity and sweetness are well balanced, and the aftertaste is refreshing! I want to try the dry one next time 🤔. About 580 yen for 300ml Just a small story here 🍶. I was told at my favorite liquor store that this one was also popular, and after thinking about it, I decided to try it another time... but then I decided that I wanted to compare the two! I thought I'd have to wait until another time... but then I decided I wanted to compare! I'm glad I compared them. They are similar but different.

2 types of local sake 🙌 I often pass by the sake brewery so I was curious about Shiraoi 🍶. This is easy to drink! The taste is quick, but the aftertaste follows. The aftertaste is moderate. I served it with pickled shiso leaves (from a recipe by Ume Fat, a member of the N Saka Group) on chilled tofu...it was delicious! And a heaping pile of crab cakes with wasabi and mayo! 300ml 620 yen Just between you and me 🍶. Nice to meet you at the usual liquor store ✨. She gave me a recommendation for a dry local sake and I chose Shiraoi. I knew it! I knew it! Next time I'll buy a bigger one 📝.

Finally got a Makoto mirror that I fell in love with after drinking outside 👏. I'm from Aichi, so I thought there was no way I could buy Hiroshima sake in my neighborhood... but it's a limited distribution item? I'm not sure, but I was happy to find it at a chain liquor store ✨. I always drank the blue label Omachi at the store. This is also Omachi and it's Seikagami, after all! It's safe! I bought it. It's refreshingly sweet, this and that 🤤. Personally, I find it easy to drink! I like it! I want to try other Seikagami...I want to meet them 🙏(Actually, I found out that there is a store in the next town that carries it and went there today and cried because it was temporarily closed) By the way 🍶. I recently purchased two small plates for snacks at a 100-yen store. It's good for preventing overindulgence in snacks✨. Today, I served it with canned mackerel with miso and crab cakes with wasabi mayo.

A series of pioneering local dry junmai sake 💪. First bottle 🍶. The one from my hometown. High aroma, dry with a lot of acidity. The blue label junmai ginjo was fruity, but this one is something else. But this one is just as good. 300ml, about 550 yen (?) without tax

Nice to meet you Gifu Sake🙌 First of all, it's red! It's very dry! You can really feel the rice flavor. It has acidity and a strong aroma. It's a bit peculiar, but it's delicious with this peculiarity too 😋. The pairing list says something about potato salad, but it's true. It seems to go well with strong snacks. I'll have it with baby cheese (Camembert) 🍶. 4Gou bottle: 1430 yen By the way 🍶. Half of my GW holiday (2 days in a row) became a mirage due to a mysterious fever (the only symptom was a fever).
