It's okay! On your day off, you can drink during the day! 🍶 So, I've been curious about drunken whale for a while now! There were two kinds of sake in the store, one was Daiginjo and the other was Daiginjo, so I couldn't decide which one I wanted to try first! A little dry but with a full aroma! It's a little dry but with a rich aroma. I'll buy it again next time.

Correcting my earlier post, the red one is easier to drink! (palm twirling) This one is fruity, gorgeous on the tongue, light, easy to drink and delicious! I would prefer this one for everyday drinking... or maybe the taste is too much and the black one is more refreshing... I guess I like it or not... 💁.

I found this when I was shopping for a cup of sake at a liquor store. I bought a red one and a black one and started with the black one that said "fruity" for now. Impression The aroma is fruity, but the taste is not strong. It was my first time to drink Gekkeikan, so I can't compare, but I found it easy to drink 😋. It might be good for everyday drinking. 2 bottles of 1 gouge size for 498 yen!

Early last month, I went to the Ume Festival for a tipsy night. I was given a local sake tasting set and was surprised to find such a delicious apple juice (!!!)! It's fruity (because it's apple juice), sweet, about 13 degrees, and I can enjoy it on its own without any snacks. In a word, I love it! And the first liquor store I went to. The owner and his wife (or is it a couple?) had a great atmosphere. They had a great atmosphere and a variety of drinks, so we had a lot of fun 😊. I was really curious about this one. I found a trial size on sale at a supermarket I frequent 🍶. The pop-up label said "Slightly Dry". I like it cold, so I didn't look closely and put it in the fridge without thinking, but it said 'chilled'! Drink it. It has a lot of flavor, but it goes down your throat so smoothly! Slightly aromatic, the taste lingers, but it's sharp. I like it! I think I may be getting closer to my ideal 😋.

I bought it because it was on sale at a little upscale supermarket that I don't usually go to. It was a Japanese wine and the introduction was written on the store's popup. The wine was cloudy at the bottom, so I only took the first sip of the top... Delicious! It's only 5%, so it's a juice! My first impression was the same as a certain blue bottle of sparkling sake with a single kanji character that I drank the other day! Then, as the bottle says, I slowly turned the bottle upside down three times to let the muddiness spread. Sake-like bitterness is added just a little bit. The nigori sake's unique egomimi? Aroma? I can drink it without worrying about it, even though I'm not good at that. 300ml is 800 yen without tax! ...sometimes it's good 👍

Resurgent local sake 🍶. I really like the color of the label. I was excited to see the cherry blossoms on the stopper! When I opened the bottle, I was so excited to see a light spray from the cork! The taste is a little fizzy, but not too much. The taste is sour and bitter? There is a sweetness in the back, which I have never felt before. Not too sweet and you may enjoy it without getting bored 😋. I can enjoy the change in taste, so I'm told. I want to enjoy it slowly without drinking it all at once 🙌! 3/27 Postscript After a week. It was getting a little sweeter, but now it's all sweet. The aroma spreads with a swish on the tongue, and I can feel the alcohol in the back. It tastes even better now! 1,900 yen at a local private liquor store. The owner's grandfather (80 years old) handwritten popup is impressive!

It's been more than 10 years since I legally lifted the ban on alcohol. I have been a light drinker for a long time, from sours to plum wine to highballs. I got this from the person who dragged me into the sake swamp. Finally opened the bottle! It's so good! Light in the mouth, but the umami and bitterness spread little by little! Very good 👏! I knew about it but never drank it! Hmmm! Juice! Sake is there, but it's only 5% alcohol and it's almost a juice 🍺. The fizz (not so much fizzy as slightly carbonated) and the moderate sweetness may be addictive. By the way, today's entrée is a lovely sized hokke (hokke) that the cat (grated radish) is after 🐟.

Following yesterday, tonight we have the black label Yamahai 🍶. It was totally different! I could feel the acidity and the taste was more subdued in this one. The aroma is like the Kayasha of snow (or so I thought). It's hard to say which one I like better, This one is for enjoying sake, and yesterday's Junmai Ginjo is for drinking with a meal. I was so excited to find a snowflake on the label that floats in the light! I don't remember who posted a picture of the lid, but I tried to copy it 😋. I like to collect everything, so it's nice to have just a picture of it 🙌

The one I popped online because my idol introduced me to it: ☺️ I opened the bottle as soon as it arrived! It said it would make a great gift, but it was wrapped in two 1gos of each type and cost about 1800 yen 🔅. Just the right amount to try and drink! Tonight I'll have the white label one in the front. It has a sweet mouthfeel and fruity aroma. It's firm and can be served with a meal. By the way... I bought a sake cup at a local store and tried it. I hope it's small enough to prevent over-drinking...

Seventh drink the other day. PHANTOM BREWERY First Edition SIKI series DEEPLY Junmai Daiginjo Namaho Winter" of "Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter Last order for 45 minutes sake tasting I was told by the older brother who was drinking before me that the sake was sweet, so I didn't hesitate to try it. The other day I had my 6th drink 🍶. PHANTOM BREWERY First Edition SIKI series PLEASANT Junmai Daiginjo There are 4 kinds and they are also called "Shunka Shuju Tofu". The first one is "Spring". Delicious. Easy to drink. If you read it, it is brewed with water from Sekiya Brewery Houraisen. The sense of stability... or rather, the familiar Houraisen characters give a sense of security.

The other day's fifth drink The sake I chose with the jacket from the 4th drink that I removed from the fruity line. The one I had seen at Sake no Wa. I was going to recommend this 4th drink, pineapple, under the introduction. Really pineapple! It tastes more pineapple than Houraisen Satoru. I have the impression that Satoru only smells like pineapple, but this tastes sweet and pineapple. I took it cold at first, but it was recommended to warm it up, so I had it turned up to 50 degrees Celsius. It tastes even sweeter and more pineapple when it is warm. The fizziness and sourness became almost undetectable when it was warmed up. I've never been a fan of hot sake, but this changed my impression.

Third drink the other day! Read 'zaruso' in zanso. A fruity line that was chosen for me. One word! Delicious! Only 12% and too easy to drink. Be careful. It's fizzy and gorgeous with a white wine feel.

Sawada Shuzo Tokubetsu Junmai Haruura (top left)→Great mouthfeel, easy to drink right away and the aroma comes through later. I wanted to drink Shiraoi (see below). Harada Shuzo: Ikumidoi Yumeginko (bottom right) -> Sake taste in the mouth, but it does not linger in the mouth. Maruichi Shuzo: Hoshizumi Junmai Nigori Sake (bottom left) -> It tastes like Doburoku, which I don't like, but it's not undrinkable... personally, I don't like it. I had a good rest after drinking a lot in the morning 🙌
