Nice to meet you Gifu Sake🙌
First of all, it's red!
It's very dry!
You can really feel the rice flavor. It has acidity and a strong aroma.
It's a bit peculiar, but it's delicious with this peculiarity too 😋.
The pairing list says something about potato salad, but it's true.
It seems to go well with strong snacks.
I'll have it with baby cheese (Camembert) 🍶.
