I often pass by the sake brewery so I was curious about Shiraoi 🍶.
This is easy to drink!
The taste is quick, but the aftertaste follows.
The aftertaste is moderate.
I served it with pickled shiso leaves (from a recipe by Ume Fat, a member of the N Saka Group) on chilled tofu...it was delicious!
And a heaping pile of crab cakes with wasabi and mayo!
