At a ryokan in Chiba Prefecture( ˘ω˘) It is super dry and sharp.
After the kids go to bed, I quietly drink it with sweet snacks from Chiba Prefecture ( ˘ω˘)
It is a slightly fruity dry sake♪
I drank it in a sake cup called SHUWAN, which is specially designed for sake, and the presence of the cup made it transparent and delicious (^ω^)
I bought this at a sake brewery tour.
It's junmai (pure rice) and they say it varies from year to year, but this year they say it's good.
Blissful cold sake, perfect for summer (☝️˘ω˘)☝️Hoo!
