This was my first time fishing on a boat.
I went prepared with anti-sickness medicine because I thought I was going to get drunk, but surprisingly I didn't. The fishing was not great, but I was satisfied with the beautiful red grouper I caught.

I didn't see any cherry blossoms, but I drank this. The bitter taste at the end is addictive. I was born in Hiroshima, but this is probably my first sake from Hiroshima. Hiroshima is great, isn't it?

They recommended it as being a calpis soda.
What a surprise, I spent more than 30 minutes gassing up. It was frustrating not being able to drink it even though I wanted to!
I seriously thought it was going to last forever, the blowout was so bad that it was atrocious.
When I managed to calm down and drink it, I realized that it was indeed calpis soda! It's 5% alcohol, so it's a juice. I can guzzle it after sports!

I was caught off guard. I picked this up with the unusual name "Miracle Sake" and wasn't expecting much, but it's really good. The rice has a strong flavor and the umami is amazing. This is a winner.
This sake was made from Omachi rice harvested by Akinori Kimura, who is known for his "Miracle Apples," using the Kimura method of natural cultivation without fertilizers or pesticides. I want to try the miracle apple too. Where can I find them?

I had been curious about Tetorigawa since I saw it at a local liquor store, but never got around to it.
I got it because of the label that said it was a special limited edition sake for members. It has a complex flavor, from slightly carbonated to moderately sour and sweet, with a bitter taste at the end, but it has a sharp finish and is easy to drink! It is easy to drink. 4*, close to 5*.
