I was completely caught off guard!
I was opening the bottle as usual and the lid flew off with a pop. I was surprised because I happened to have my hand on it.
The first pon pon with Kangiku!
It was a different kind of Kangiku with a little bitterness mixed in with the usual sweetness of Kangiku.

What a crown on the lid. This means you should drink it all at once, right?
It's been a while since I pulled out the bottle opener and opened the bottle! I tried to open the bottle, but it was so gassy that I had to let the air out several times to let it settle down.
It's strongly carbonated and sour, which is perfect for this season. The alcohol content is 12 degrees, so you can enjoy it with a gulp. Delicious!

I'm too busy at work. I can't take time for myself because of all the meetings 😭
I've been drinking late so I don't get paid for it because I don't lose any at all but it's something.
I'm not sure what to do about it, but I'm sure I'll be able to do something about it. It's good for relieving stress!

Nice sweetness and bitterness. No acidity or gassiness, but very tasty 😋.
But I can't drink a lot of it because of the high alcohol content.
The label says it's a little high, between 16 and 17 degrees.
I will enjoy it slowly.

Refreshing!
Nice sourness and bitterness that doesn't assert itself so much from the slight carbonation. The sweetness is moderate and perfect for this season.

This is a very good wine, but it's not for members only.
The sweetness is mixed with a bit of sourness and bitterness, which gives it a rich expression. It's delicious without being boring to drink.
I may have a limited filter on me, though.

This is delicious!
Very slightly carbonated and deliciously sweet. It has a nice crispness to it without being too sweet!
I've had a hard time getting my hands on Hiroshima sake because of the image of it being dry, but my impression has changed.

My son has recently become addicted to Ichiran (pork bone ramen) and today we went to our usual restaurant for lunch. We got a numbered ticket as usual and waited while drinking iced cocoa at Veloce. After the ramen, I bought this on my way home.
I opened the bottle, not knowing what it was like.
What's that? It went in like water, without much character.
Hmm? I checked it again to make sure, and found that it had both sourness and sweetness, though not as pronounced as I had expected. It was light and gentle.
I was in the mood for a refreshing drink, so it was just right.

Stable Glorious Fuji. I like it after all. I'm happy that my local liquor store carries it and I can buy it whenever I feel like drinking it.
Thank you!

At my parents' house.
I got this one to snack on cod crab.
A little sourness from the sweetness is a nice touch.
No gassiness.
It has no habit, so you can drink it forever.

I went to see the Carp game with my son at Jingu stadium and came home losing again. I always lose when I go with my son. I was so hot and it was so bad.
I opened this to have a sip. I was disappointed that it didn't feel gassy, but it had a nice sweetness and a slight bitterness. It soaked into my tired body.

I was licking my lips at the idea of a one-cup.
I was expecting the usual taste, but I was surprised to find it was completely different. It's really good.
I wish I had bought a few.

Great answer!
Senior brulee!
This is delicious. This is a limited edition sake from the last liquor store we stopped at on our Fukushima Sake Man Trip. There were many kinds of sake, so it was hard to decide, but this one was a winner.
It has a good balance of sweetness, bitterness, acidity, and fizz. I want to go back to buy more.

This is a stable taste. I buy Kangiku because I want to drink it regularly.
I have a game tomorrow, so I'll drink sparingly and go to bed early.

Something I picked up because I was familiar with it.
Sweet and sour and delicious.
It is a junmai ginjo made with wine yeast.
It is a good sake to drink after sports. Or maybe beer after sports.
