The annual men-only sake tour. This time we went to Ueda, Shinshu. I had to drive, so I couldn't do the sake tasting, but it was good to learn about different kinds of sake.
I wanted to try this one, which I had already checked out. When I drank it, it was sour. After that, there was an exquisite sweetness. It was not too sweet. Sour, sweet, and tasty is good, too. I liked it very much!

It was quite tasty, with a pleasant sweetness, a hint of sourness, and a gassy, cola-like taste.
I thought I was only going to drink half of it, but I took advantage of the fact that the cork went missing when I opened the bottle and drank the whole thing 😆.
12.7 degrees alcohol by volume.

As the label said, it tasted mildly sweet and juicy. It's a great dessert when you are tired. I like it because it has a gassy feeling.
