KAZU
GANSHU stands for Iwate Sake. It was launched this year 2023 by the Iwate Prefecture Young Sake Brewers Association, an organization of young managers and employees within the Iwate Prefecture Sake Brewers Association. The seven participating brands are Hamamusume, Iwate Homare, Nanifukujin, Drunken Sen, Horinoi, Nanbu Bijin, and Washinoo. This time we drank the "Iwate Prefecture Young Sake Brewers' Association" ganshu 2023 Iwate Homare / Nanbu Bijin 2-bottle set. The aroma is slightly bitter and floral, and the mouthfeel is smooth, mildly sweet, and delicious.
