Memorandum for myself
I drank Harukasumi in Akita last year.
Last time I drank their standard sake, which was very good, so this time I chose this one made with yeast No. 6.
I thought it would be a gorgeous modern style, but it was a little different.
It has a strong punch, but the acidity helps it go down a treat.
