🐓🐤🥚Memorandum for myself I visited Akita Prefecture I went to "Eiraku Shokudo" which I had longed for (2) I had a bottle of Yuki no Bijin Yamadanishiki No. 6 yeast. I felt a slight sourness, but it did not come out at all, but only peeked out a little after the umami. It is a very well-balanced sake. I wanted to drink it carefully at home, so I bought the same bottle at a liquor store.

One sip and you know it's a Japanese pear. It is a very juicy and ripe Japanese pear. It has a slightly long aftertaste that permeates the body. Will you repeat? Would you repeat it? I don't think so, because it was too acidic.

In the mouth, the juicy sweetness and umami, full of fruitiness, fill the mouth just as the aroma suggests. After fully enjoying the umami, the bitterness comes and finishes nicely. Kudokidoki Ute is my favorite no matter what I drink. Do you want a repeat? By all means!

After mixing the lees, I poured it into a glass. The aroma is of rum. When you take a sip, you will notice that it is not as sweet as last year. It is not as sweet as last year, and it seems to be a little drier. However, for me, this is just right. It is perfect for this time of year. In my mind, "Hirotogawa" is the must-have nigori in winter and this is the must-have in summer. Will you drink it again? I can't start summer without drinking this, so please come back next year!

In the mouth, it is fruity and juicy, just as the label says. The spiciness comes immediately, but it is not a strong taste. The sharpness is outstanding and there is no lingering aftertaste. Would I repeat it? I don't think so.

When I poured it into a glass, it was very smooth, but soon after pouring, fine bubbles started to appear. The aroma was berry-like, perhaps misled by the color. It is sweet and sour in the mouth, with a lot of sizzle. The aftertaste is a bit strong, but the sourness and the sourness make it refreshing. It has nothing to do with the taste, but it is very hard to open and close the bottle. I purchased a bottle, and I don't know if there is a difference between individual bottles, but it was so tight that I had a hard time opening and closing it every time. Would I repeat it? I liked the taste, but no.
