I thought about heating it up since it is an alcoholic sake, but I somehow decided to keep it at room temperature.
It was the right choice.
It was sweeter than I expected and went down easy.
However, it is a little too fast to get drunk.

The owner gave us a detailed explanation and told us that the liquor store mainly sells dry sake.
I was told that this was one of the best dry sake, so I bought it.
The capacity was 900ml, which is rare.
The mouthfeel was like an Arahashiri, and it was very messy!

We were welcomed by "Hautau", a restaurant that welcomed us on our first visit.
