I visited Akita Prefecture
I went to "Eiraku Shokudo" which I had longed for (2)
I had a bottle of Yuki no Bijin Yamadanishiki No. 6 yeast.
I felt a slight sourness, but it did not come out at all, but only peeked out a little after the umami.
It is a very well-balanced sake.
I wanted to drink it carefully at home, so I bought the same bottle at a liquor store.
