Memorandum for myself I bought So-no-Kangiku without hesitation because it is delicious no matter which one I choose. Be careful when opening the bottle. The bottle will blow out before you open it. The aroma is almost imperceptible. When you take a sip, you can feel the umami in the sweetness. The sweetness is elegant and calm, not fruity and gutsy. Is it because it is fire-roasted? As you sip it, bitterness comes in and it goes down smoothly. It is as expected. How about a repeat? If there is a repeat next year, by all means!
