The aroma is mild. The sweetness and umami of the rice comes with a bang, and it finishes with a beautiful acidity. It is a good sake. ‼️ I like it very much ^_^ Morishima, I am conquering! I liked the Omachi in April and the Yamadanishiki in May!

I got the Koryu Midori that I wanted to drink! The aroma is mildly sweet. The mouthfeel is sweet and tangy, with a hint of tangy gas. The aftertaste is not unpleasant and goes away smoothly with a touch of bitterness. I was looking at other people's impressions and thought, "Well, now that you mention it, it's just like a rummy ‼️". I thought it was a little heavier than I imagined before drinking it, but I'm drinking it with ease. ☺️ I thought, "Do you have it in Sudou Sake Shop's flagship store? I was wondering if the Sudou Sake Shop has it in their main store, and they answered me: ‼️ I'm kind of glad😃Mimuro Sugi, Houou Mita, Kenkunichi, Matsumori, Tsuki no I, etc., etc., etc.... There were so many summer sakes that I was interested in, even if I only remember them. It was exciting just to admire them. Makes me want a dedicated fridge where I can stock up 💦👛.

The aroma is not very pleasant chemically. The mouthfeel has the flavor of rice, but the sourness is more noticeable. The aftertaste is also somewhat chemical. I bought it at a supermarket on the way home, but I wonder if it is as good as this. I don't think this sake was made by Mr. Okabe of Rendezvous, and I have my doubts about the storage conditions. I wonder if the quality of the sake was in the condition it was sold in. If this is the case, I should have bought a well-chilled Argo. I thought I was going to taste the standard local sake of Ibaraki, but I'm not convinced. I guess I should buy sake at a liquor store. That was what I thought.

Kido's summer sake. Sweetness and umami with some gas on the palate. It has a fruity feeling like apricot? The fruity feeling is like a candy ball. It feels like you want to roll it around on your tongue like a candy ball all the time. The aftertaste is refreshing, leaving a slight bitterness. I keep drinking one cup after another like that, and before I know it, I'm about to drink half of it 💦 like a gale to Masa😅. I wanted to drink Koryu Midori, so I stopped by the liquor store, but they sold out of the four-pack 😣 I want to pick it up the next time I see it. Still, I was satisfied with the summer gale 😆.

It's here! Refreshing aroma! Yum! Pineapple🍍‼️ Makami. This is a new brand from Ibaraki that came out in the last few years and is superior to the traditional brand, Makabe! It's a new brand from Ibaraki in the last couple of years, and it's a step up from the traditional Makabe brand! We bought it at Sato Sake Shop by weight and were told about the origin of the name. We were also told that it goes well with eggs, so we paired it with dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). Oh, it's good! It's good! I don't know much about pairing, but it was an interesting experience. I think it was a special junmai nama sake? Yellow label! I forgot to take a picture 💦. This is delicious 😋. When the temperature rises, it's like a grape, Delaware. It fits well with Yamagata people. The sweet juicy taste goes well with the egg rolls. In summer, it is a favorite with egg omelet! I was also curious about Aroaro, so I bought it. It is especially refreshing and tropical on the rocks or with soda, chilled to a crisp. It's a great summer drink! W! It is rather expensive, but I was wondering if it would be good to try different kinds of products at a lower price. I was curious about it. Emptying a four-pack can be a bit consumptive, and I feel like it would be a waste of space if stored in a general vegetable room, and furthermore, if I drink alone at home, it would solve the space problem to a large extent! Thank you for selling by weight!

After the oaky aroma and drinking, the flavor is like that of a fine sugared yogurt. The texture feels a bit tender. There is no gassy feeling at the beginning of the drink, but there is a slight crackle and numbness in the aftertaste. I have never had a sake like this before, but this is the kind of Yamagata sake that I used to drink at my parents' house! I never had such a feeling of this or that, but I used to drink Yamagata sake served at my parents' house. It was like this. It tastes good at first, but as you get drunk, you get a little tired of drinking it. But this is the kind of sake I like. I think this is my kind of sake. I was not able to drink it because I had to drive to a memorial service, but my relatives gave it to me because it was sake.

The aroma is very characteristic. Fruity and gorgeous. The mouthfeel is gassy and refreshing, like cider. This may be the first sake I've ever had that caught my attention with such an aroma. I'm going to buy IDEHA! I bought this Haruka in Ibaraki before I went back home. When I mixed it with IDEHA, the rich sweetness and acidity of IDEHA was blended with the fragrance and freshness of the flower label, and I thought, "This is just as good as IDEHA!

The mouthfeel is like juicy ripe apple juice. The gassy sensation is more reminiscent of the fermentation process than of freshness. The taste is quite complex and interesting, with some brown sugar and chocolate sweetness. Astringent! The aftertaste is sharp, and what lingers faintly is a lingering sweet chocolatey aftertaste. Delicious. This was also purchased at La J oumon. I had seen this sake somewhere and wanted to try it, although the brand name was different. Okuroku, while there were also some refreshing-looking ones lined up, I chose the 90% polished classical, partly due to the remnants of the Japanese moon. The color is golden. The aroma is like that of oak barrels, and the mouthfeel is sour like an apple and sweet like its honey. It also feels like sap oozing from the barrel. It had a refreshing image of Okuroku, but this one has a sense of heaviness. However, it is not dull, and the sharpness is still there. Rather than being spicy, it is more like a do-si-do, or like wielding a large sword or scythe. It is a sake that needs to be kept chilled, but it would be interesting to warm it up. If you feel like it, try heating sake. The apples and sweetness come out in a rounded way, and it is delicious! It also has a mild oaky flavor. Also purchased at La Joumon. We went to the Hiraizumi-ji temple across the street to see the Dainichi Nyorai Buddha's Gokaicho, the first time in 45 years, which was a rare experience 🙏 We also got a nice breeze.

Rendezvous in the late afternoon 😆 I'm only by myself while the waiter is taking care of me. Tropical, citrusy, complex acidity. It also has a sweetness to it. It is a well thought out sake. I thought it was a well thought-out sake. This is the final drink. Kaku-uchi is the best 😆❗️Thanks for a great time ‼️

When I looked at the cold storage, I wanted to drink this! I wanted to drink this when I saw it in the cold storage. I had an assumption that it was because it was made in Hokkaido. I was under the impression that it was expensive and a little difficult to get my hands on, but it is good to be able to afford this kind of sake at a corner bar ^_^. The taste is gentle and soft. It also has a slight aftertaste of bonito, which is a good thing for sake drinkers. What a surprise! So this is a regular sake! As we talked, I got a bottle of Wa no Tsuki, which I thought might be to my liking and which the store owner also liked. It is 85% polished rice and aged for 2 years. Brilliant golden color! Sake made with organic rice. A sake with a story that will become a novel or drama called Sai no Yakusoku. (Buy it on Amazon ASAP). Like brown sugar. 20 degrees but you don't feel it. I like it for a closing drink. After that, we had some heated sake to compare with the cold sake! What luxury! The sake cup served for the warmed sake is a beautiful piece of sakeware that makes the golden color of the sake stand out even more. The sake cups are beautiful and the golden color is even more pronounced.

The second drink at the corner bar at Sato Sake Shop. Not a "jakebaiting," but a "jake-drinking" experience. I was curious about the zodiac sign label, so I asked about it and was told that it was a special gift from the Isogura Sake Brewery in Kasama that celebrated their new sake! This is rare! The sake brewery opened its doors to the public for drinking and eating 😆 Sounds like a fun event. As for the taste, Inari is said to be quite rice-like. Fruity like pear, sweet and refreshing, slight gasiness. The aftertaste was refreshing but matte and lingering. Delicious! The finish is said to be much more rounded than last year ^_^. Junmai Ginjo made with Aizan, such a luxurious sake is included in the ticket price! I would like to go next year!

My longed-for corner atre store: ❗️ The first sake was Watanune Naogumi. It was sweet and refreshing. It was refreshing! There was no gassy feeling, it was more like a melon 😄. I had the first glass of Hitachinesto beer and enjoyed it to the fullest with all-you-can-drink comparison so that I wouldn't be left with any regrets 😄. I was going to write down all the details on the sake crocodile, but my cell phone battery was dying and I was too busy taking pictures and making notes 💦. I'll try to keep a record of all the drinks I enjoyed while comparing all the beers I could drink.
