A toast to the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake. I drank to myself while saying to my children, "Do you know what day it is today?" while drinking alone. The first sip was a light sweet taste, followed by a faint sweetness and a tingling sensation.

It has a gorgeous aroma, and the mouthfeel is also gorgeously sweet with a light gassy sensation. The finish is crisp and tight with a slight bitterness. The aftertaste is slightly sweet. It would be great to drink it while viewing cherry blossoms during the warm season. Wearing a light pink kimono, she looks frail and gentle, but gives the impression of a woman with a dignified core.

It has an oaky flavor and is sweet. After that, it has a spiciness and bitterness, while leaving a fluffy sweetness that is not too harsh. A sake with a traditional feel. While drinking it, I looked up "windy" on the Internet. Apparently, it is best when chilled. I had left it in a heated room, but put it in the fridge for a while. The impression rounded out and easy to drink! And the nickname? It seems to be "puu-san". Certainly the hue w. This flavor started to feel like honey 🍯. I'm starting to feel it's kind of a cute drink from a traditional sake. I can't believe I dance like this with information😅. This is also a good experience🙆

I bought this sake 🍶 in Wakayama when I was there in January. I was upset because I couldn't find my usual sake glassware, but then I found a nice snake-eyed cup 💡 I don't remember how long it's been there. I don't remember how long it's been there, but it's nice for this sake. ‼️ It's a big-boned sake without any fruity, gaseous, wine-like taste 🍶. It tastes kind of nostalgic after one drink. It's like a barrel, and it's warmed up! I did it in the microwave, and I was right👍. It's a sake lover's instinct........ I guess that's an overstatement 💦.

Tropical fruits? The unique aroma is a bit like a mixture of tropical fruits and something else. The mouthfeel is lychee-like, with hints of white grapes. The finish is bitter and grapefruity. I wonder if this is sake. ⁉️ If it were poured into a cocktail glass, I would drink it as a refreshing tropical cocktail. The "home drinking club" fantasizes about a fashionable bar. I saw on You Tube that there is a sake event in Niigata next week called Sake-no-jin. I was curious about Niigata's sake, so I chose Takachiyo, which was available at a nearby liquor store and at a price I could afford. I got a little drunk and got my hands on it, but it was a show-stopping yippee. ❗️ I'm glad I met you. ❗️

The aroma is mild. This is what I mean when I say that the aroma opens up after opening the bottle several times rather than immediately after opening! On the palate, one senses an elegant sweetness and juiciness. It does not have a fruity taste, but rather a full-bodied one from the rice. I have the impression that it should be carefully paired with Japanese seasonings that are not too rich in flavor. The aftertaste is a bit alcoholic. However, when I ate the sausage with garlic pepper on it, I still couldn't understand what was going on... I'll drink it carefully.

First sake in a few days: ☺️ I was curious about Urasato Usunigori. While visiting the brewery, I bought some in the area: ✌️ When the bottle is opened, there is a nice gassy feeling. At first, when you drink only the supernatant, you can smell and taste a twangy aroma and flavor. Is this the smell of cemedine? The taste is sharp and bitter. The second cup is mixed with the nigoromi (nigori). Mildly melon-like aroma. It tastes like melon and pear. The aftertaste is gaseous and bitter, but also sweet. Nice match when served with Sakura Mochi, a springtime Japanese sweet 😊Japanese flavors are so good 😭.

Kubota Nigori and Raifuku Sakura Junmai Kubota Nigori and Kuraifuku Sakura Junmai! I had a good misunderstanding between the two spring-like sakes, but when I tried to combine them half and half, they seemed to be well balanced ‼️ and even more spring-like 🌸.

The aroma is mild, and the mouthfeel is gaseous. And sweetness. I thought it would be a cute sake, but it has a soft but sharp alcohol taste. I thought it would be more intense than I expected, but it is 17% alcohol! It is surprisingly strong. The aroma through the nose afterwards is floral🌸. I'll have to try not to get swallowed💦.

Kubota nigori was recommended. I had only known Kubota as Senju or Manju. The price was within 1,500 yen, which was more reasonable than I expected. I was surprised to hear at the cash register that there was no gassy taste 🫢I didn't think nigori = gassy taste. I was told that it tastes like calpis and lemon 🍋 and when I drank it, I found that it is true ‼️ that it goes well with Chinese food. The aroma before drinking is also good 🤗The sourness from the sweetness and the bitterness from the sourness that leaves a hollowness. It was an encounter that broke my assumptions 🍶.

It's after midnight, but Happy Valentine's Day & Happy Birthday to myself 🍶. I am deeply moved just looking at the label before drinking I was wondering when I would drink it. I opened the fine wrapping paper and opened the bottle of Niimasa, which I had been wondering when I would drink it. ‼️ The aroma is mild, and the mouthfeel is gaseous and refreshing with a pleasant acidity! It is citrusy but has a nice sweetness to it. It is citrusy but has a nice sweetness to it 😋. Even from a hard time, you can make something so bright! The lingering aftertaste is also impressive. I'll stop after about 2 goules 🥳 in moderation. Welcome to sleep and wake up and taste the flavor: ☀️

Tsuchida Sake Brewery, which I was curious about. It also has banana and melon, but it also somehow smells like barrels and wooden vats. The sweetness is not too light, which feels like millet sugar. It is light in the chart, isn't it? Although it seems to have a peculiar taste, the sweetness does not remain persistently, and the sake is easy to drink. I have heard that adding white malted rice gives it a refreshing aftertaste, and I wonder if that is part of it. I don't know the details, but... I was attracted to this sake because I heard that it was made from substandard rice, also known as "kuzu rice. Even kuzu rice can be made so well 😭. This sake does not age well. And is it easy for the aroma to blend in? The impression of the previous saké is strongly attached to the base of this saké, while the base has the impression of the first saké. I thought this sake was kind of chameleon-like, on top of being original and delicious.

The first Risshun morning pressing in my life! I had asked for Sentori. Surprisingly, it has a fluffy and sweet aroma. The mouthfeel is a little gassy and has a tender texture. You can feel the acidity from the juicy fruitiness. It is like green apple or grapefruit with soft acidity. The aftertaste is sweet and sour, with a pleasant feeling that lasts for a long time. When I think of this sake freshly squeezed this morning, it is an exciting addition to the deliciousness. Thank goodness! On the second day after opening the bottle, Wednesday, yesterday, I thought, oh my, there seems to be a change in the flavor. The aroma is mild, and the mouthfeel is becoming more citrusy while still retaining a gassy feeling. Yesterday it was like plum wine, today it seems like lemonade. With coffee, the natural good stuff has turned into the washed-out good stuff! It's an impossible feeling like that! Is there such a thing as a cupped type becoming a vinegary iso type in a short period of time? It's just my imagination, don't worry about it💦. My first Ehime sake. The aroma is light and refreshing. It has a whitish color and a fizzy taste. My initial impression was that it was a sake that could be drunk smoothly and easily without any stickiness. When tasted in the mouth, it has a citrusy flavor, somewhere between orange and lemon! I thought it would be light, but it's kind of interesting! And. And the aftertaste is refreshing. I wonder if this is what they mean when they say it tastes like a sports drink! As I was getting drunk, I looked back at the restaurant's comments and saw that it was the aroma of strawberries. When I was told, I got strawberry! This is the sake recommended by the fourth generation of the Sato Sake Shop on YOU TUBE. It is also known as Toshizu. What a delightful sake to come across♪ The fourth generation of Sato Sake Brewery's YOU TUBE, where he introduces sake not handled by his own store and also provides a live stream of his evening drinks, is very interesting, informative, and wonderful 😀 Please take a look at it! I couldn't find the sake from another prefecture that I wanted, so I bought Morishima from Sumai Prefecture, which I had noticed in various places and was curious about. The aroma is like yogurt. The mouthfeel is slightly effervescent with a refreshing yogurt-like acidity along with the aroma. Fresh! The aftertaste is also bitter, but the bitterness disappears gently and invites the next sip. Delicious while fresh and to be enjoyed without being swallowed by the sake. The day after tomorrow, the first Risshun Hatsu Shibori that I ordered for the first time will come, and any more sake bottle occupancy will be a complaint from the Polish.
