As the professional baseball world heats up to the climax in Japan and the U.S., the sake world is opening its season!
I was lucky enough to get this on my way home from a drinking session on the road!
What's the first sake to come out? As far as I know, it is this Fuji Taikan from last year.
I immediately opened the bottle! Everything is fresh ✨From the bottle, I can smell the aromatic, melon-like ginjo aroma ☺️ The mouthfeel is an explosion of gas and fruity like melon and white grapes 💥I can also feel a hint of rice malt lingering in the air, which kind of makes me grin 😁.
Thanks for the delicious sake 🙏🙏.
