Purchased when I visited Niigata 💰.
First time I drank it as a free sake at a music event where they were serving sake in front of Niigata station 🎉.
I tried to buy it on the day of the event, but it was sold out, and I was so disheartened that I saw it being sold at a later date 🫢 I had no choice but to buy it!
Koshizuki is my personal favorite sake from Niigata these days 🍶.
It's all delicious!
I guess "death star" is the name of a certain star war....
I'm starting to think that's part of the Echigo-Tsumari character 😆.
I'll open the bottle right away 😊....
The taste is a little dry with grapefruit-like acidity and sweetness 🍋 and a nice fizziness 🫧.
The aftertaste is like a Yonglian aftertaste 🤔The low alcohol content of 11% makes for a refreshing taste that can be drunk in large gulps.
This kind of thing is just perfect for summer!
