I wanted to try a change of pace from my usual sweet sake, Hamachidori🍶. The umami slowly spread in the mouth, certainly different from the usual Junmai Daiginjo. It is a round sake with a long lingering aftertaste, and the umami is very rich! I drank it at room temperature, but I think it would be delicious lukewarm, I don't dislike it, and I think this level of flavor would be just right during a meal without being too dull 😌.

The first sake on the right, raw sake from Shibarizuru 🍶. First of all, the aroma is banana！！！！ Really, it is banana itself....... Since it is a limited-edition sake (not watered down), the alcohol content is 20%😇😇It has the sweetness and mildness of banana when you drink it, but when you swallow it, you can feel a lot of alcohol. The manager kindly allowed us to have a sake tasting: ☺️ We drank Niimasa while learning about the characteristics of the sake, how it looks, how the aroma changes with temperature, how it smells, how it tastes, etc. 🍶. The first time I put it in my mouth, it tasted sweet and smooth. Then, the sourness that lingers gradually in the mouth. After swallowing it, the bitter taste and miscellaneous tastes gradually came. But it feels light and refreshing like water. I had never drunk sake while thinking so much about it! Shinmasa was just plain delicious!
