First time in a year, Sentori🍂.
It was easy to drink with a refreshing acidity as usual - it was sweet and sour like a grape and somehow felt like autumn.
I think it has more acidity than sparklers.

The lowest sake level I have ever encountered, as far as I can remember.
I thought it would be very sweet, but it wasn't. It was very tasty, with a mild acidity of nigori and a mild aftertaste like amazake, with a mildly sweet aftertaste 😚🍶.

I thought it might be muddy, but I was surprised to see a golden color 🫢.
The aroma smelled savory like bekko (same smell as the crunchy fries at Saizeria lol) and the taste, what a surprise, tasted like caramel!
You can feel the alcohol strongly in your mouth, but when you drink it, there is caramel in the back. It was interesting because it had the same flavor as the unsweetened bitter caramel at the bottom of a fancy pudding 😳😳.
I can't really think of what it would go with, it's like the drink alone is so drinkable and satisfying 😦.
If you ask me if I would have a repeat, hmmm....

I wanted to drink Sanzen Sakura but couldn't get it, so I bought Hoshitenkoji which is made from the same rice called "Comet" as Sanzen Sakura 🍶.
It's very sweet but has a refreshing aftertaste and goes well with cold sake, which is still my favorite type of sake!
Eikoufuji seems to be releasing a new one every 3 weeks or so, it's amazing, makes me want to go after it lol!
It's a dangerous sake that's so delicious that you can drink it in gulps.
I'm looking forward to drinking Sanzen Sakura someday!
