The first time I drank kijoshu~! 🍶 It seems that sake made with sake and rice is called kijoshu, whereas sake is usually made with water and rice 😶(funny how it says sake in the ingredients section of the sake list). In the old days, the fermentation technology was not that great, so they fermented it using sake that was already ready 🌾🍶. The aroma is banana itself! 🍌. Almost alcohol free (16 degrees) and tastes sweet like a liqueur-like syrup 😌. I thought it would be great as an aperitif or after dinner drink 🍶.
