It was the most popular sake in Okayama Prefecture according to a review on SAKETIME, so for some reason I went to the main Tenmaya store in Okayama, which carries it, to buy some. It is a very tasty sake with a strong sweetness and a firm body!
I don't know if they produce only a few bottles, but you don't see it in the Kanto area at all!
I think it is one of the best sake in the Sanyo area!
Honorary Pond Moon, not often available in Tokyo
Purchased locally
It's tart and tastier than I expected.
I don't dislike it.
It's made in a wooden vat, so it smells like wood.
The aroma is relatively mild, and the mouthfeel is smooth, with a firm acidity that quickly spreads to the palate. The aftertaste gently fades away, leaving a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
With a touch of sweetness,
It has a refreshing taste,
It has a crisp and tasty taste.
This sake is refreshing and very satisfying even though it has a strong flavor.
It is refreshing and very satisfying.
Refreshingly fruity and light on the palate.
It is dry and has a moderate taste with a touch of elegance.
It would go well with sashimi or nigirizushi👍.
Maybe a food sake.
Muscat and pear-like aromas.
Freshness like young melon. Impression of a clean and refreshing taste. Elegant taste.
It tastes like it would look good if it were served at a high-class sushi restaurant in Minato-ku.
Delicious!
Go to Naruto Station and get it at the Naruto Sightseeing Products Museum.
Probably the most popular brand in Shikoku that is hard to find.
Tropical taste, sweet. It went well with pasta.
The mouthfeel has a gorgeous aroma like muscat. I felt the freshness that only a new sake can have.
But there was a slightly heavy sweet aftertaste.
After eating grilled mackerel, it tasted heavy when poured.
It goes well with grilled chicken. Maybe it goes well with meat.
Soft-tasting, soft-mouthed Miwasan subterranean water and rice from contract farmers in the headwaters terraced rice paddies are used.
It has a clear flavor with little bitterness or astringency.
Discreet aroma
Impressive acidity (strong yeast taste)
Clean aftertaste, almost addictive
Taste similar to Gunma's Tsuchida
Tastes just like sake from Nara Prefecture
