When I think of Niigata's light, pale wine, I tend to think of Koshino-Kanbai, but I feel it has a modern direction. It is a good taste, but it also has an element of lightness, and it is better than I imagined! I'm sorry I didn't know that.

It is a little dry among sparkling sake. It is even better when well chilled. It is pretty much a standard sparkling in my opinion.

It is not particularly modern or mellow, but it is my favorite sake to drink in a relaxed atmosphere. This is the sake that made me learn to read "Aizu-bange" instead of "Aizu-sakashita".

Taste as expected. On the palate, a refreshing feeling spreads with a hint of bitterness. I drank it quite cold, but it would have been good if I had raised the temperature a little.

It seems to go well with sushi, yakiniku, or anything else. I bought a bottle and have been drinking it over several days, and the sake quality has remained the same and stable. I am actually happy with this kind of sake, and I think it is good to keep in stock as a regular sake when you want to drink a little.

I was lucky enough to encounter it. The fizziness matches the acidity, and I personally prefer Spark to Flaxcat. It's best to drink it chilled! As it says on the label, it seems to be more highly acidic this year than the Flaxcat Spark I remember. So I still prefer it well chilled. And I wonder when we'll see it again...

Delicious! I feel like I should keep this one to myself. It's just as described on the label. Lightly cloudy and a little sweet and sour. I drank it on the second day after opening the bottle, but I think it is best right after opening.

At first, when I paired it with a meal, I had the impression that it was soft and mellow. However, when I started drinking it alone, I also felt a sense of sharpness at the beginning. This may have been the best sake encounter I've had this year. Now that I can't get Ten Frog, this sparkling sake, close to Ten Frog, may be the best encounter I've had. Hopefully it will not become too popular.
