I was lucky enough to encounter it.
The fizziness matches the acidity, and I personally prefer Spark to Flaxcat.
It's best to drink it chilled!
As it says on the label, it seems to be more highly acidic this year than the Flaxcat Spark I remember.
So I still prefer it well chilled.
And I wonder when we'll see it again...
