At first, when I paired it with a meal, I had the impression that it was soft and mellow.
However, when I started drinking it alone, I also felt a sense of sharpness at the beginning.
I don't know if the addition of mellow sweet and light dry makes it mellow dry or not.
I am not sure if it is mellow or not, but is it like that?
