I usually don't write about what I think about drinking at a restaurant, but this is my first extra entry in a while 🍶.
Yesterday, I went to a restaurant where I have always been a regular customer to have dinner and greet the New Year's Eve.
I thought the rice polishing ratio of 11% was amazing, but the taste was classic 🤔.
I have never had such a beautiful classic 🤔.
I think it's one of the best classic 🤔, although it's a different vector from Ishidaya of Kuroryu.
It's so great, I was even impressed 🥹.
