No.6 does not have any peculiarities, but it is like ❓ 🤔 Shinsei without the sense of wooden vat.
It's a different world of Shinsei, with only local yeast and No.6 yeast 🤔.
Anyway, it has a delicate taste and I have the impression that I can drink it on its own 🤔.
