- I finally got my hands on a bottle of Katsuma! It was crisp when drunk cold, but as it got closer to room temperature, the umami started to come out little by little, and it turned into a nice sweet and round sake. ‼︎It's not like other recent sakes, but very tasty. ‼︎

- When I opened the bottle, large bubbles were coming up very fast⤴️ I tried to open and close it a little bit but it didn't stop 😅 I chilled it again and was able to open the bottle safely👍. It's a sweet sparling wine on the palate 🥂 It's like lemon squash with a hint of acidity ‼️
