On the last day of 2022, I drank Yokoyama 1814.
It is sweet and tasty, with a slight bitterness on the tongue after drinking.
It is rich but easy to drink, like a modern sake. It is very tasty.
The moment I drank it, I thought, "What? Is this sake? It tastes like a sweet whiskey, like a fine plum wine.
It tastes like sweet whiskey and fine plum wine.
It looks good on the rocks. I would like to try it with Western food that is a little rich.
My son, who is a Sentori fanatic, bought this bottle. He opened it on New Year's Day in the year of the rabbit. The supernatant is fizzy and refreshing, but the rice flavor is relatively rich. I think I prefer it if I drink it mixed with rice. Happy New Year!
Countryman810, nice to meet you😃.
The other day, when I was in Yamada, a sake merchant in the basement of Ikebukuro Seibu, someone was asking if they had Senkou Usagi 🐇, and I thought ❓❓❓❓❓, but I thought it was this one 😍.
This may be my first time drinking sake from Shimane Prefecture. It is a junmai daiginjo, but the aroma is subdued, but in the mouth it tastes sweet and delicious, with a fruity, melon-like aroma that passes through the nose. It is quite delicious. The label is written in English, so I wonder if it is mainly for export. The Nishijin brocade label also emphasizes Japanese harmony.
It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and is a Japanese SAKE that foreigners would like as well.
The bubbles are quite strong, so be careful when uncorking. The bubbles are strong, more like champagne than sake, and they are quite fizzy. The taste is sweet, but the flavor of rice, or rather koji, is quite strong. It seems to go well with peculiar dishes.
Fruity, sweet and sour, it is the kind of sake that even beginners can easily drink. However, it has a strong aftertaste of rice. We paired it with crab miso and Iburi Goko cream cheese, and it was a perfect match.
I visited Takakibei for a lunchtime drink in Akabane and had Nabeshima as my first drink. Although it was described as dry on the menu, it had a nice aroma, moderate acidity, and a sweet-tart element. It was as good as the sake I had afterwards. I would like to drink it again.
It is a rather clear and dry type.
I don't usually buy this type of sake, but I found it on the menu at a restaurant, so I had a glass to try and enjoyed it as a mealtime drink. It went well with raw oysters and shellfish sashimi.
This is a limited edition sake from Ishizuka Shuzo in Niigata called Hime-no-i, Sawagani-Kakurenbo. It has a slightly strong alcohol taste, but there is no unpleasant aftertaste. It is good as a food sake.
Since only one bottle of Huayouyoku can be purchased per person, I also purchased "Ai-no-Sato", also produced by Nanyo Brewery.
As one would expect, the gorgeousness of the ginjo-shu is diminished, but the flavor has a distant taste of the DNA of the Hanaoyosyu.
It is a normal tasty sake. I may recommend it for its cost performance.
Snowball, a collaboration sake with United Arrows.
Compared to the regular Snowball we drank the other day, it simply has a richer flavor. This is delicious. It was especially good when mixed well with precipitated nigorizumi. Nigori sake is good in winter.
It is a precious hana-yosu that my son got up at 5:00 in the morning and ran to Hanyu to stand in line and managed to buy. It is a wonderful sake, not only for its pineapple flavor, but also for its rich rice flavor.
I want to enjoy it with all my heart.
As expected, it is a very good one. It has a gorgeous aroma and a balance of fruity sweetness and acidity. It was a delicious sake that was easy to drink.
This is the kind of sake that anyone can enjoy.
A refreshing nigori sake with a gaseous and gassy feel. The supernatant has a slight alcohol taste, but when mixed with the drink, it also has a yogurt feeling.
This is easy to drink.
Winter is the season for nigori sake.
Toyo Bijin, which I have not seen recently. I happened to find it at Kakinuma Sake Shop, so I got it and had it at home.
It was easy to drink, and I drank it in one go, and in no time at all, 4 cups were empty. This is delicious.
The price was reasonable and it was just like a generic Jyushiyo.
This year's Snowball has a stronger fizz than last year. I thought the supernatant was a little strong in alcohol, but when mixed with the cloudy part, the yogurt taste increases and it becomes easier to drink. It was so delicious that four cups were emptied in no time.
I bought a bottle of Tenmei's Kijoshu at the sake department of Ikebukuro Seibu. It is a very sweet sake, but the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing.
I felt that the alcohol content was a little strong. I will let it sit a little longer and taste it again.
I bought this for myself at Niseko Roadside Station when I stopped by on a trip to Hokkaido.
I chilled it and drank it at the hotel.
The alcohol taste is rather strong. It was good to drink it on the rocks in the latter half of the day.
