Fruity, sweet and sour, it is the kind of sake that even beginners can easily drink. However, it has a strong aftertaste of rice. We paired it with crab miso and Iburi Goko cream cheese, and it was a perfect match.

I visited Takakibei for a lunchtime drink in Akabane and had Nabeshima as my first drink. Although it was described as dry on the menu, it had a nice aroma, moderate acidity, and a sweet-tart element. It was as good as the sake I had afterwards. I would like to drink it again.

It is a rather clear and dry type.
I don't usually buy this type of sake, but I found it on the menu at a restaurant, so I had a glass to try and enjoyed it as a mealtime drink. It went well with raw oysters and shellfish sashimi.
