I don't order Jikin because it is too expensive even if I see it at a bar, but I was in the mood to drink it today😍.
The bottle was still unopened, so the master and I both had a glass at the same time.
We drank it at the same time and both nodded silently 🤣It's a beautiful sake after all!
The master gave us some information about the food, so we ordered the stuffed bell peppers that caught our eye!
Let's try it. Fruity aroma. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a nice, tangy gasiness. It was a beautiful gradation from a fresh and clean sweet flavor reminiscent of rumminess to a calm acidity with a hint of bitterness ✨. ma-ki-Good evening to you too, ichiro18!
I've only had Jikin-sama Senbon-Nishiki Nama Sake, but it makes me nod my head silently when I drink it 😁✨.

It was definitely delicious enough to make us both nod our heads 😍I'm sure HinaHanaMama will nod hers when she drinks it too 🤣 We had it with crispy bites of green peppers 🫑. 
ichiro18I happened to see a picture of a delicious looking scotch egg and went to Sugamo on my way home from work to do some food log activities ✨.
That alone was a waste of time, so I stopped by a sake bar in Otsuka and got a selection of sake that I wouldn't normally buy ✨.
I couldn't really smell it.
It had a beautiful mouthfeel and my initial impression was that it was sour. After getting used to drinking it, I found it to be clear, sweet and delicious, with a pretty strong acidity, and a little peculiar at the sourness, but I can't describe it well 😅.

Utsunomiya also has some great restaurants, we went there for New Year's to eat dumplings 😃. Takeshi KubojimaIt's like a green lingo. Clean, not too sweet, which I personally like.
