ぴーたまThis sake is brewed by Dewazuru's Akita Seishu and is only available in Honshu at the Tsujimura Sake Shop in Aomori City.
It is an active light nigori (nigori is a light nigori with a light nigori taste). The screw cap was opened and closed a couple of times and the bottle was opened.
It has a nigori and a fresh and gorgeous ginjo aroma.
The fine-bodied balance of umami acidity and bitterness and the umami of the unrefined sake make it a perfect match for 😋😋😋😋
The sweetness is slightly dry.
I think I went to Daisen City where Akita Seishu is located. This rice was served in a Tsugaru beadlo sake cup I bought on my trip, thinking Hokkaido -> Akita -> Aomori -> Akita -> Tokyo -> in my stomach.
After returning home, I could not figure out the relationship between Akita Seishu, Dewazuru Shuzo, and the Dewazuru label. Are they merged as companies? Or are they brewing jointly due to the disaster?

I'm not sure either, but there seems to be two Akita Sake breweries, Dewazuru Sake Brewery and Kariho Sake Brewery😅.

Thank you for the information! I had input that Akita Seishu brews Kariho and Dewazuru. I was wondering. I was surprised that the area from Daisen to Yokote is a very famous sake brewery 😆. tomoMashiro Junmai Ginjyo Namaishige Nama-shu 1980 yen (4 gos.)

I had stocked nearly 10 bottles in my fridge at home to commemorate the occasion, but the day came while I was on a business trip of all days 😩.
Well, this is also fate💓, so I went to a nice sake shop 2km away from the hotel to look for sake to commemorate the occasion.
When I told the master my preference, he recommended this one ‼️ and ...... which has been in production for 7 years...apparently only 4 stores sell this sake😳.
I'm a sucker for limited editions and special editions 🥹.
I thought it would be a great way to commemorate 🎉🎉 and bought it 🎉🎉.
Today's snacks are local squid somen, Hokkaido large grain natto (fermented soybeans), etc. Now open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is gorgeous ginjo aroma💜sweet and fruity scent: ‼️
The first attack is fresh and fruity sweetness, then bitter not too bitter and sweetness mix together, delicious 😋🤤.
