Sake given as a gift from an acquaintance in Hokkaido This may be the first time I've ever had a proper sake from Hokkaido. I imagined it to be stronger than it is! I was expecting a stronger sake, but it was spicy but soft and easy to drink. It was perfect with kimchi nabe for dinner!

It's been a long time since Ippaku Suisei Is this the most ordinary sake in the Isshiro lineup? At first it's as refreshing and easy to drink as water, but the balance of sharpness, bitterness and sweetness is wonderful~! It's a modern sake but very beautiful! I like the fact that they call it Junmai Ginjo even though it's 50% polished, because it makes me feel like they're being particular about it!

Super Kudo Ute Jr. Omachi 30 Junmai Daiginjo Kudokidotaye Jr. with 30% polished Omachi Very nice aroma... Fruity and easy to drink, but not too sweet. Delicious! I can drink as much of this as I want. ...... and I drank too much!

A limited edition winter time sake from Yamagata's Sakata Sake Brewery, Kamikigen. A blend of Daiginjo, Ginjo, Junmai, Junmai Ginjo, and Honjozo from this brewery, a very luxurious yet very inexpensive sake! A four-pack costs less than 1,400 yen... It's dry but gorgeous and really delicious! It's one of my favorite sakes this time of year!

Takachiyo Junmai Daiginjo Orikarami (Halloween Werewolf) Halloween version of Niigata's Takachiyoh Junmai Daiginjo Orikagarami The label is cute, isn't it? Not so cloudy as orikagarami, but sweetness and aroma like pineapple and citrus! Fresh and delicious! I enjoyed it with cheese!

A limited edition sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop! A four-part bottle of this high-class sake costs 2,500 yen (for me, who always drink cheap sake...). Kamenoi Sake Brewery, established 150 years ago, made this sake with a mysterious sake rice called Koratoh....................a sake that makes you want to pay a little more! It's a really deep and delicious sake! Sake is so good!
