Sake made with maboroshi sake rice or something like that, Koshiro Nishiki. I imagined a stronger sake, but it was quite fruity. It has a lingering aftertaste and a bitterness at the end. This is a quintessential Tasake...so good!

It is fresh and fruity, but not too sweet! But not too sweet, just like Omachi! Kangiku is still good!

Mikumari, which I missed out on last year. It's very fizzy and light sweetness is followed by a light bitterness, making it very easy to drink. Might go well with cheese. You wouldn't know it was sake if you weren't told...

One-stage brewing and slightly cloudy sake from Naeba Sake Brewery, which has changed its name from "brewing forest" to "snow cocoon". I've had Jungin Junmayu before, but this was my first time to try the fire-brewed version! It's easy to drink, calm but also has acidity and sweetness. I'm very happy to drink it with cheese!

Kaze no Mori Nanaro 657 Nanaroh rice started to be used as sake rice this year. It has a tight gas feeling typical of Kaze no Mori, and a sweeter flavor than Akitsuho, but with a sharpness! Delicious! The bottom of the bottle also says Kaze no Mori, which is cute!

Kamo Nishiki Daiginjo Surprisingly beautiful for a sake with brewing alcohol added! I thought it would be more gutsy, but it is a nice sake that you can drink forever! Kamonishiki is now the most popular sake in Japan!
