Sake squeezed on 11/7 and delivered to the liquor store on that day for drinking on that day, a super luxury! On 11/7, the sake was fragrant, fresh, and powerful! It's been 3 days since I opened it, but it has become much milder. According to the brewery, there was a production problem this year and the number of bottles was low. ...... I'm glad I could buy it!

This sake drove me into the sake swamp... Juicy and fruity, this is the sake called "Kangiku"! The price is reasonable for a junmai daiginjo with such a taste and unfiltered raw sake specs! Still, it's a pretty good deal. .........💦

Takachiyo Junmai Daiginjo Orikarami (Halloween Werewolf) Halloween version of Niigata's Takachiyoh Junmai Daiginjo Orikagarami The label is cute, isn't it? Not so cloudy as orikagarami, but sweetness and aroma like pineapple and citrus! Fresh and delicious! I enjoyed it with cheese!

Imanishi Shuzo Mimurosugi in Nara Sake that is becoming very popular and hard to buy these days. Because it's delicious! Aroma like pear and a little fizzy! It's a low alcohol (13%), but not light, and has just the right amount of sweetness to make you want to drink too much!

A limited edition sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop! A four-part bottle of this high-class sake costs 2,500 yen (for me, who always drink cheap sake...). Kamenoi Sake Brewery, established 150 years ago, made this sake with a mysterious sake rice called Koratoh....................a sake that makes you want to pay a little more! It's a really deep and delicious sake! Sake is so good!

Sake from the Yokota Sake Brewery in Gyoda, Saitama Prefecture, which we received. I drank it for the first time, and it was delicious! It has a strong rice flavor, but also a melon-like sweetness!
