♪♪♪♪ One that heralds the arrival of spring (even though it's still pretty much winter). Common name (nickname?) It is Pink Maruda! Usually it has a white label, but this season's limited unfiltered, unpasteurized sake has a pink label! The rice is Ginpu. The rice is Ginpu! It's delicious! The umami is still a bit young (sorry for my lack of expression), but it is delicious! It's a special junmai, but the specs are just as good as jundai! I think it's good!
