This is my first Gagakuyo!
First time and it's not a classic, it's a test brew 😅.
But yes, it's delicious! The acidity!

Ganmono with green onion ponzu!
and a bowl of fried beef tataki with grilled vegetables and ganmono with green onion ponzu!
It may come as a surprise, but it turns out that grilled vegetables and Gagakuyo go well together: ☺️
