This is the first sake from Kumamoto. It is "Umehana" by Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery. It is very aromatic, clear, dry, and delicious. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma spreads in your mouth, and when it goes down your throat, you feel a crisp and refreshing sensation. This is the feeling of having encountered a good sake. It really is a delicious sake.

Tonight we are in Gunma Prefecture. I chose Nagai Shuzo's Mizubasho.
It smells like melon, and when you put it in your mouth, you can tell right away that it is dry. The spiciness lingers until you finish it, but it is not peculiar and easy to drink. It is delicious. It is a sake from Kawaba village, Tone county, Gunma prefecture. It must be made from good water. It is a good, refreshing sake.

This is my first sake from Ehime. It is on its way to conquer the whole country.
When I put it in my mouth, I feel "Dry! I feel it. When you finish drinking it, strangely enough, there is no aftertaste of "kaa", which is unique to dry sake, and it is refreshing and mellow. Hokkaido, Tokyo, Gunma, Ehime, Fukui, Tottori, Shimane, Oita, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Shikani and Okinawa are still undrinkable. I've done a lot of research and I'm going to start looking for them. I like fruity and mellow. I'm looking for sake recommendations🙏.
