I drank Nagasaki's Yokoyama Goju cold for the second time. It is delicious. It is a little sweet, but it is very elegant and easy to drink. I have not paid much attention to Nagasaki sake, but this sake is one I would like to repeat. It does not have much of an aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness, and when you finish it, you can feel the tightness. It is a good sensation that I never get tired of drinking. Thank you 🍶.

I am on my way to conquering the sake of all 47 prefectures. This time it was my first sake from Oita Prefecture. I pushed aside the standard Oita shochu and had a bottle of "Nishinoseki" junmai sake. This time it was served cold. It was at room temperature, so I guess it was about 20 degrees Celsius. I didn't measure 💦. It is a traditional dry sake. When you put it in your mouth, you feel a sharp sensation that spreads vertically in your mouth, but after that you feel a mellow aroma that somehow rotates or spreads. I wonder if this is calculated in the making of this sake. I drink it while thinking about it. The rest of the 47-prefecture sake conquest plan (🍶) is now Nara, Tokyo, and Okinawa.

This is the first sake from Gifu in a while. It is a sake from Tajimi, Gifu. Speaking of Tajimi, it is Mino ware. Do you know the difference between pottery and porcelain? Ceramic is fired at a lower temperature than porcelain, and the vessel has the property of absorbing moisture. That is why they use glaze to color the surface. Mashiko ware in Tochigi is famous for this. Porcelain is fired at a higher temperature than pottery and is similar to glass. Arita-yaki and Imari-yaki are famous for this. Sanzenmori is an orthodox dry sake, and when you take it in your mouth and let it go down your throat, you will feel a vertical kick. It is an orthodox dry sake, and seems to be good to drink while eating grilled fish. It is delicious.

We are now down to only 5 sake from all the prefectures in Japan. So I ordered a bottle of Shimane's Tenkakushi and opened it. It was served cold. First of all, the aroma is not so great (I like rich and mellow). (I like rich and mellow aroma). (I prefer mellow and fragrant.) When you put it in your mouth, it is very dry and assertive. It is dry. But when you finish it, the spiciness remains a little, but the aftertaste is refreshing. The aftertaste is refreshing. This is the first sake from Shimane. I am now on my way to conquering the whole country (Tokyo, Nara, Oita, and Okinawa).

This is my first Hokkaido sake. I chilled it in the refrigerator and drank it. First of all, it does not have a very sweet aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is dry and refreshing. When you finish it, the spiciness remains in your mouth. However, it is very easy to drink. It is made with a lot of care and attention. The remaining sake brands are Tokyo, Shimane, Nara, Oita, and Okinawa.

Chill it in the refrigerator and add more ice. The alcohol content is 20%, so it is a sake to be drunk on the rocks. The aroma is that of an authentic sake, not a floral aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you feel the spiciness spreading vertically through your mouth. I think it is an orthodox dry sake. I drank sake on the rocks for the first time. I think it is a unique summer sake 🍶 Hmmm...it is a first time for me.

I drank Kagoshima sake for the first time. Well, they are very good! I had an image of Kagoshima as "Shochu", but I thought there was "Tenpyo" in Kagoshima. We drank it cold. The aroma is not so strong. When we put it in our mouth, we wondered if it was spicy. But then a strong fruity taste spread in the mouth, and we could feel the sweetness of rice. I think it is mellow, but at the same time it is very assertive. Nishi Shuzo is involved in a wide variety of sake, and I think they are particular about the sake they make. They are aiming to conquer sake from every prefecture in Japan. Yesterday I drank sake from Miyazaki. I also drank sake from Hokkaido, Tokyo, Shimane, Oita, and Okinawa. I ordered Kokushi Musou from Hokkaido 🤗I'm not sure which sake to order from Oita and Shimane. I enjoy sake from all over Japan🤗🍶.

I drank it cold. The aroma is gorgeous, and the sweetness spreads in the mouth. After that, you can feel the spiciness. When you finish it, it has a clean aftertaste. It is delicious! In fact, I am trying to drink sake from all the prefectures in Japan. Kyushu is the only prefecture left, and I was wondering if there is any good sake in Kyushu since it is the home of shochu. I ordered a bottle of "Yume no Naka To" thinking that Kyushu is the home of shochu and there is no good sake there. It is delicious. There are only a few sake breweries, but there is good sake. I thought Nabeshima from Saga, Hana-no-Kou from Kumamoto, and even Yume-naka from Miyazaki were delicious. The remaining prefectures in the national sake list are Hokkaido, Tokyo, Shimane, Kagoshima, and Okinawa. I look forward to drinking sake from all over Japan!

I drank Nagasaki sake for the first time. Yokoyama Goju, first, a sweet aroma, then sweetness on the palate, followed by a sharp taste. After that, you can feel the sharpness of the sake. It has a strong assertiveness, but is easy to drink. Shigeke Shuzo, a sake brewer from Iki, Nagasaki, is very good at what they do❗️. If you like wine, please try it. I recommend it. This sake has a crisp muscat flavor. It is delicious. I am trying to conquer the sake of all the prefectures in Japan. The rest are Hokkaido, Shimane, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa, and Tokyo. I like mellow sake. I have 7 prefectures left to conquer the whole country.

It is an orthodox dry sake. I drank it cold, thinking it would be better if it were heated. I am currently trying to conquer all the sake in Japan. I am currently trying to conquer all of Japan's sake regions. In Hokkaido, I tried Kokushi Musou. Shimane Prefecture: Tensho Yokoyama Goju in Nagasaki Miyazaki Prefecture - Until the middle of a dream! Kagoshima - Tenpyo Oita - Chiebijin Tokyo - Sawanoi Okinawa Prefecture is ... And 8 prefectures. I like mellow and fragrant sake.

I drank Tottori sake for the first time. I am currently drinking it at Sennan Marble Beach near Kansai International Airport in Osaka. Inadahime is a sake with a very rich aroma and a "sweet" taste in the mouth. Today I drank it cold. It is a sweet sake, but after drinking it, it is refreshing and leaves no sweetness in the mouth. It is a type of sake that I have never had before.

This is the first sake from Kumamoto. It is "Umehana" by Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery. It is very aromatic, clear, dry, and delicious. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma spreads in your mouth, and when it goes down your throat, you feel a crisp and refreshing sensation. This is the feeling of having encountered a good sake. It really is a delicious sake.

It has a gorgeous, refreshing taste. Fuji on the label, but it is a Hamamatsu sake. Fuji is a bit far from Hamamatsu. Fuji is a bit far from Hamamatsu, but I think this sake is representative of Shizuoka, where the water is clean. It was delicious and I would like to drink it again. Next time, how about having it with Hamamatsu Gyoza (Chinese dumplings)? Gyoza is beer? But Hana-no-Mai is more like a white wine, so I think it would be good with gyoza.
