But it is a crisp sensation. It is an elegant sake made with care! I guess there are many Kido fans all over Japan. I would like to repeat this again! By the way, what is a good drink to go with Kido?

It is a sake from Saitama, using hard limestone water and 50% polished rice from Saitama's Sai-no-Kagayaki... This sake is completely new to my repertoire. It was served cold. Let's drink it... First of all, the aroma is not so strong. When you put it in your mouth, the spiciness is felt vertically in your mouth. After a while, the spiciness spreads horizontally. I feel something in the spiciness, but I can't find a word to describe it. Maybe it is because I use hard water, but this is the first time I have had this sensation. Does anyone else like Teisho? Please tell me how to describe it 🙇🏻🍶

It doesn't have much of an aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it feels "refreshing" and leaves a dry sensation in your mouth. It leaves a dry sensation in the mouth. It is clean and dry, but you can feel the impact of the dry taste as it goes down your throat. I recommend this to those who like dry wine! The blue bottle gives it a refreshing image. First of all, the aroma is not so strong. It tastes crisp in the mouth. It is dry. I added "Kiyosu Castle" to the photo. This is my parents' home, Kiyosu. Sawano-i has no peculiarity when chilled and goes in easily. Now! I've conquered the sake of each of the 47 prefectures. What should I aim for next? I'm thinking a bit😅.

47都道府県の日本酒飲みましたWe are now only two away from conquering the 47 prefectures of sake. Tonight is Kaze no Mori in Nara. I'm drinking it chilled. There is not much aroma. The spiciness spreads in the mouth. It is not so much dry as it is crisp. It is a junmai sake, but I think it is delicious without any peculiarities. I actually bought it at a sake shop in Nagoya called Shusendo Horiichi. This liquor store has a variety of famous sake, and I could stay there for half an hour and not get tired of it. There were about 5 different kinds of Kaze no Mori alone. Next is Sawanoi, the last of the 47 prefectures.

First of all, there is not much aroma. In the mouth, you can taste a little bit of a tangy taste. There is not much fluffy sensation. I always drink only junmai daiginjos from all over Japan, so I think, "Hmmm. It's dry and has a bit of a cloying taste. I have two more to go before I conquer the whole country. I have already bought and kept Sawanoi, so I will have it for New Year's.

The last time I drank it, it was Aka-ban, and this time it is Beard-ban. First of all, it has a good aroma. It is an elegant aroma unique to Hououmida. It is soft and fluffy in the mouth. When it goes down your throat, you can feel the spiciness and a little bitterness. It is delicious. Hououmida after Christmas cake! I recommend it! Please have it to refresh your palate!

Because of this, I was deeply moved by the name of Oda Nobuo, the second son of Oda Nobunaga, and drank it. When I put it in my mouth, I felt the spiciness, and when it went down my throat, I felt a slight burning sensation. But when you finish it, it is refreshing and easy to drink. I have not paid much attention to Nagasaki sake, but this sake is one I would like to repeat. It does not have much of an aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness, and when you finish it, you can feel the tightness. 47都道府県の日本酒飲みましたI am on my way to conquering the sake of all 47 prefectures. This time it was my first sake from Oita Prefecture. I pushed aside the standard Oita shochu and had a bottle of "Nishinoseki" junmai sake. This time it was served cold. It was at room temperature, so I guess it was about 20 degrees Celsius. I didn't measure 💦. It is a traditional dry sake. When you put it in your mouth, you feel a sharp sensation that spreads vertically in your mouth, but after that you feel a mellow aroma that somehow rotates or spreads. I wonder if this is calculated in the making of this sake. I drink it while thinking about it. The rest of the 47-prefecture sake conquest plan (🍶) is now Nara, Tokyo, and Okinawa.

47都道府県の日本酒飲みましたThis is the first sake from Gifu in a while. It is a sake from Tajimi, Gifu. Speaking of Tajimi, it is Mino ware. Do you know the difference between pottery and porcelain? Ceramic is fired at a lower temperature than porcelain, and the vessel has the property of absorbing moisture. That is why they use glaze to color the surface. Mashiko ware in Tochigi is famous for this. Porcelain is fired at a higher temperature than pottery and is similar to glass. Arita-yaki and Imari-yaki are famous for this. Sanzenmori is an orthodox dry sake, and when you take it in your mouth and let it go down your throat, you will feel a vertical kick. It is an orthodox dry sake, and seems to be good to drink while eating grilled fish. It is delicious.
