Tonight I drank a bottle of "Asakai" Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Genjyu, unheated and bottled, moderately chilled in the refrigerator. The aroma is slightly fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel its dryness. The aftertaste is refreshing. It is fruity but dry and has a strong, guttural taste. I have had sake from all over Japan, but I don't think I have ever had this feeling.

It's been a while since I've had "Saku". This time I drank Okayama Asahi! I drank it moderately chilled in the refrigerator. The aroma is great! It is slightly sweet on the palate, but when you finish it, you can feel the gorgeous flavor that only elegant sake can have. I drink Saku the most, and every time I drink it, I think, "This is delicious! I drink Saku the most, and I always think, "It's delicious! It is a sake that makes me happy. Thank you very much!

This is the first sake from Kochi in a while. It was served well chilled in the refrigerator. This is my first try of Tosa urara, which the label says is fruity and mellow. First of all, it does not smell so fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the spiciness on your upper jaw as if it is a "Kochi sake". I think it is an authentic Kochi sake. I prepared kamaboko (fish cake) that I bought in Odawara to go with the sake, and it went perfectly with the sake.

I'm having a cold one of Saku again tonight. Saku is my favorite sake, and this is the 9th time I have had it. I have drunk all the famous sake from all the prefectures in Japan in order to conquer them all, but Saku is by far my favorite and the ninth. Although Ho-no-Tomo is a junmai sake, it has a fine and fruity taste like a daiginjo. I can taste the high level of Saku.

I chilled it in the fridge and drank it about 10 minutes after taking it out of the fridge. There is almost no smell. In the mouth, it has an orthodox dry and pungent taste that lingers in the mouth for a while. But it is dry and orthodox without any peculiarities. In fact, we compared it with a special junmai sake and a junmai ginjo from the same Akagisan brewery. There is a distinct difference from Akagiyama. Although they are both from the same Gunma Prefecture, I felt a completely different direction of sake!

I drank the 2023 New Rice Nouveau chilled in the fridge. After about 20 minutes out of the fridge, I felt a gorgeous mouthfeel, and a spiciness that spread a bit in my mouth, followed by a bit of bitterness. I knew that the cuppa was delicious! After about 30 minutes, the spiciness increased and it became very tasty. I think it is a really good sake. I drink "Saku" the most among sake. I would like to thank Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten for always providing me with delicious sake. Thank you very much 🍶.

I drank it on New Year's Day 🎍 of 24 years. I chilled it in the fridge and drank it with a squeak. It has a subtle aroma at first, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the spiciness. The aftertaste is still very refreshing. It is light and dry. I don't often drink sake from Fushimi, Kyoto. I think this sake is more to my taste. I like mellow and fruity and dry. It may be a bit of a no-no, but I like sake with a wine-like taste. I would like to drink good sake again this year 🍶.

Tonight, I am drinking "Hana to Koishite," a sake that jumped on the "Ranman" by Tomitaro Makino, which was featured in the NHK morning drama. Of course, it is a sake made by Shibotan in Sagawa, Kochi Prefecture. I drink it chilled. The aroma is gorgeous. After all, it has to be gorgeous. In the mouth, unlike the aroma, it has a dry mouthfeel. It is still not as sharp and spicy as Shibotan, but it is easier to drink. It is easy to drink. I still feel that they aimed for roundness, being conscious of the name, "In Love with Flowers," and the cute bottle design. I think it is easy to drink. Will this sake remain in the market even after the broadcast of "Ranman" is over? I thought it was possible.

Tonight was the first time I drank "Classic Sentori Mukunin" well chilled in the refrigerator. Aroma: There is a subtle aroma. On the palate: It is crisp, with a slight bitterness, and the spiciness pervades, making it an orthodox dry wine. It is refreshing and delicious. Sentori and Houou Mita are the most famous sake from Tochigi, and I have had both, but I personally prefer fruity sake. I will continue to drink Tochigi sake from time to time🍶.

Tonight I am enjoying a bottle of Jikin no Kimoto Akitsu Yamadanishiki to commemorate a happy occasion. I chilled it in the refrigerator and tasted the aroma first, suppressing my excitement at the fact that I rarely get to drink it. The aroma is fruity. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes fruity and alcoholic. After it goes down the throat, the alcohol is firmly asserted in the mouth. It is delicious. It has a strong flavor. After all, Jikkoman is very delicious. I would definitely like to drink this sake again when I want to celebrate a special occasion.
