It is truly a Kojun-Umakuchi. It has a subtle fruity flavor that is not typical of kijo-zake. The lingering aftertaste is amazing, which is unique to kijoshu. It seems that the concept of FOMALHAUT itself is to be an after-dinner drink. The range of Abe's variations was keenly felt. Without prior information, it would have been hard to believe that this was a sake made by Abe Brewery. There is none of the acidity or gassiness that is common in Abe. To be honest, I avoided Kijoshu because it was too sweet for my taste. I bought it because it was still in stock at a liquor store I happened to walk into. To be honest, I was attracted by the sound of UA limited edition. Personally, I can't deny that it is too sweet. I first drank it in a glass chilled to a crisp, but I think it would be better at room temperature to make the most of the strengths of kijo-zake. I understand that there is a collaboration with UA, but it is also true that the price is a little high. I did not feel a premium feeling commensurate with the price, other than the value of the collaboration name. I was again keenly aware of the high level of the other Abeno brands.

There was a huge line at the sake festival the other day, and I was too tired to wait in line. I was tired and decided against waiting in line. dancyu had featured this sake brewery, so I was very curious about it. It's not often that I buy sake that I've never had at a restaurant. Very sweet and easy to drink. Slight acidity afterwards. Very useful as a food sake. I would pair it with sushi, especially white fish. Very high cost performance. It can expand the range of sake beginners. Personally, I feel that the sweetness and acidity are enhanced at room temperature. The sake quality data is not disclosed and they do not want people to have prejudice against their sake. That is also interesting. I, an amateur like myself, would be prejudiced by the sake rice and the degree of rice polishing. However, it is also true that the sake is easy to drink but lacks punch at the same time. It seems to follow the current pattern of good sake. I was impressed when I read the story of the brewery's birth. I hope that Sado will continue to introduce new trends in sake.

Sake no Jin Exclusive Direct Pumping Citric acid! Exactly citric acid! Because I drank it compared to VEGA, I can't help but feel the strength of the acidity. Like a dry white wine. A sake that seems to divide the pros and cons. Wine lovers will like it. This is simply delicious at room temperature. In fact, it is easier to drink at room temperature, as the acidity is more pronounced. With an alcohol content of 12 degrees, this is a sublime sake that goes down easy. We would like to try drinking it with oden and room temperature REGLUS.

Sake no Jin exclusive direct pumping Delicious! One of the best in the abe! The balance of acidity and umami is exquisite. Abe's brands vary in taste balance, but this one is exquisite. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is easy to drink. The suppressed gasiness also differentiates it from other brands. It is best drunk with a glass of wine that has been chilled to a crisp. It is delicious both as a food sake and on its own. This is exactly the kind of sake I would like to drink with people who don't like sake, to make them change their perception of sake. It is almost like a citrus juice. Personally, I would like to have a little more lingering rice flavor.

Yellow Narcissus in the cargo tag is too delicious. Full marks! Definitely one of the top 5 sake in the country in both taste and cosmetics. And the price is too low. It is inevitable that it will become a "new policy" in the next few years. The quality is outstanding even though it is the cheapest price among the cargo tags. The balance of effervescence, acidity, umami, and minerality is superb. This is a genius balance of the toji. With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, it is most recommended for sake beginners. However, the taste cannot be maximized in a home refrigerator. It should be chilled in the freezer for 30-60 minutes before drinking and served in a wine glass. This is a sake that you will lose if you don't drink it.

This is the ultimate food sake. It goes well with everything, Japanese, Western, and Chinese. The 80% Aizan has a perfect balance of sweetness. Aizan was a little too sweet for my taste, but I thought the balance of the 20% blend was important. Since the acidity and fizziness are suppressed, you can taste the full flavor of the rice afterward. I thought it might have something to do with Brilliance, Kamonishiki's highest quality brand. It should be served at a temperature of -5 to 10 degrees Celsius, and should be cooled down to a crisp. Personally, I love Kwang Suisen, which is 1,000 yen cheaper than Banshu Aizan.

Easy to drink. This is a good drink for everyone. It is a great food sake. As an abe, it is easy to drink with food because the acidity and gassiness are suppressed. It is hard to believe that the alcohol content is 14%. It is best served at a very chilled temperature and drunk in a glass with gusto. Abe is really interesting because of its wide range of flavor variations. Without a doubt, it will lead the new world of sake in the future. At the same time, it is true that I have recently been accustomed to silver and yellow, so there is a slight lack of it. I wonder if it lacks punch for those who have an image of "Abe = acidity - gassy. Personally, I prefer the yellow and silver, which have a more edgy taste. I would like to use different abe depending on the situation.

Best in cosmetics. A four-pack of sake costs 1.265 yen. Even though the price of sake is not proportional to its taste, it is cheap, too cheap. It is fresh and has no habits. Fruity and well-balanced sake. For better or worse, I thought it would be liked by everyone. Sourness and bitterness also come through later. If I had to say more, I would say that it is too well-balanced for everyone and won't be memorable. Although it is a seasonal sake, it is an outstandingly affordable sake. I would like to give it to sake beginners.

Sweet. Really sweet. It is probably the sweetest sake I have ever had. However, there is no denying that it is so sweet that it is overpowered by a hint of citrus. With an alcohol content of 9 degrees, it can be drunk like a juice. I would like to match it with dessert. Personally, I think it is too sweet and not suitable as a food sake. According to the magazine I bought, the flavor and aroma of this sake expands greatly when it is heated up. I would like to try it if I have the chance.

A fruity, easy-drinking sake that is typical of Nitoshi. It is very easy to drink, with the umami and bitterness of the rice following behind. However, the bitterness is undeniably too strong. It is a sake that tastes different depending on the temperature. I think it goes well with sweet flavored dishes such as simmered fish. For better or worse, we are impressed by the wide variation of taste of Ni-Usagi.

Delicious but not enough. This is the second bottle of Kangiku Meikozo. The impact of the first bottle, Ocean 99 Nagi, was too strong, so I was not satisfied. It has a really sweet pineapple-like texture. It is easy to drink, so I thought it would be a good sake to drink with anything as a food sake. However, it lacks impact because recently there have been many opportunities to drink nama-shu and oragara-mi. Personally, it is too sweet. I would like to see more acidity and gassiness. It seems that the sake released changes with the seasons, so I would like to drink all the seasons together.

It is extremely fruity. It is so fruity that you would think it was really a fruit juice. It is the perfect entry point for women and sake beginners. It is sure to be a hit with foreigners. It's a shame that it is only available for a limited time. I wish they would release it on a yearly basis. Despite the subtle fruity citrus flavor, the acidity, sweetness, and gasiness do not interfere with it. The strength of the sake is maximized. Personally, I would like a little more lingering rice flavor. The level of sake made by female toji is really high.

Really easy to drink. This is sake that is almost like sparkling wine. It overturns the concept of people who are not good at sake. It is also very cost-effective and easy to find. There is no one who doesn't like this sake. I was surprised at the different approach from Abe, even though they are both from Niigata. I had it with pizza, and it is a first-class sake as a food sake. Personally, I would have liked a little more acidity and rice flavor. It should be drunk in a wine glass, chilled to a crisp, and drunk with gusto. It is not enough to drink with a boar's mouth. Especially, the gaseous sensation is irresistible.

Delicious. Sake on its own. However, I can't deny that it is too punchy. Personally, I love this sake, but I think there are two sides to it. As a food sake, it has too much gas and acidity. The umami of rice can be enjoyed later with a time lag. It is not yet ready as a sake, but I can't help but look forward to Abeno's spirit of challenge. It should be even more delicious. I would like to drink it chilled with a glass of wine. I would also like to pair it with something with a strong flavor.

Very ordinary ogara-mi. It is fruity, but compared to other ogara-mi sake, it seems to lack umami, acidity, and gas. Nevertheless, it is not too assertive, so it can be used as a food sake. I would like to pair it with smoked cheese.

Temperature sensitivity is important. The temperature of a home refrigerator will not bring out the full flavor and sweetness. If you chill it in the freezer 30 to 60 minutes before drinking, it will be completely transformed into a different sake. It is truly a fruity, mellow, umami-guchi sake that is easy to drink. I would recommend this sake to anyone. Personally, I would like to see more impact from the acidity and aroma.

It tastes good, but I feel it is a little lacking compared to the nama-sake. Since I have recently been drinking a lot of nama-sake - orikarami, I feel that the hi-ire sake lacks a little something. Of course, it still retains the freshness and fruity taste of Kaze no Mori. However, I would like to see more gasiness and acidity. It is a sake that is designed to compete overseas, so it is unavoidable. I will never stop being a fan of Kaze no Mori.

This is delicious. It goes beyond the concept of sake. A limited time only sake, the light bitterness and acidity are perfectly balanced and matched. The balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity is superb. It is so delicious that it could be classified as sparkling wine. The gaseous sensation further sublimates the drinkability.

Despite being from Kumamoto, the birthplace of No. 9 yeast, this is a sub-par food sake. This is a sake that even sake haters will definitely appreciate. It should be at the top of the list in the near future. Despite its fresh and gaseous taste, I would like to drink it with a glass of wine for the faint lingering scent of acidity. With an alcohol content of 13%, it is easy to match with all kinds of food. However, it is a sake that depends on the temperature. It should never be served at the temperature of a home refrigerator.

Delicious. Fresh, but with a hint of sourness and bitterness due to the fire-roasting process. I would like to drink it at -5 to 10 degrees Celsius. This is what sake is all about. This is a sake that should be appreciated more by the public.
