funazushio
It tastes good, but I feel it is a little lacking compared to the nama-sake. Since I have recently been drinking a lot of nama-sake - orikarami, I feel that the hi-ire sake lacks a little something.
Of course, it still retains the freshness and fruity taste of Kaze no Mori. However, I would like to see more gasiness and acidity. It is a sake that is designed to compete overseas, so it is unavoidable.
I will never stop being a fan of Kaze no Mori.
