It is truly a Kojun-Umakuchi. It has a subtle fruity flavor that is not typical of kijo-zake. The lingering aftertaste is amazing, which is unique to kijoshu. It seems that the concept of FOMALHAUT itself is to be an after-dinner drink. The range of Abe's variations was keenly felt. Without prior information, it would have been hard to believe that this was a sake made by Abe Brewery. There is none of the acidity or gassiness that is common in Abe. To be honest, I avoided Kijoshu because it was too sweet for my taste. I bought it because it was still in stock at a liquor store I happened to walk into. To be honest, I was attracted by the sound of UA limited edition. Personally, I can't deny that it is too sweet. I first drank it in a glass chilled to a crisp, but I think it would be better at room temperature to make the most of the strengths of kijo-zake. I understand that there is a collaboration with UA, but it is also true that the price is a little high. I did not feel a premium feeling commensurate with the price, other than the value of the collaboration name. I was again keenly aware of the high level of the other Abeno brands.
