Delicious. Sake on its own. However, I can't deny that it is too punchy.
Personally, I love this sake, but I think there are two sides to it.
As a food sake, it has too much gas and acidity.
The umami of rice can be enjoyed later with a time lag.
It is not yet ready as a sake, but I can't help but look forward to Abeno's spirit of challenge. It should be even more delicious.
I would like to drink it chilled with a glass of wine.
I would also like to pair it with something with a strong flavor.
