Delicious but not enough. This is the second bottle of Kangiku Meikozo. The impact of the first bottle, Ocean 99 Nagi, was too strong, so I was not satisfied.
It has a really sweet pineapple-like texture. It is easy to drink, so I thought it would be a good sake to drink with anything as a food sake. However, it lacks impact because recently there have been many opportunities to drink nama-shu and oragara-mi. Personally, it is too sweet. I would like to see more acidity and gassiness.
It seems that the sake released changes with the seasons, so I would like to drink all the seasons together.
