Really easy to drink. This is sake that is almost like sparkling wine. It overturns the concept of people who are not good at sake. It is also very cost-effective and easy to find. There is no one who doesn't like this sake.
I was surprised at the different approach from Abe, even though they are both from Niigata.
I had it with pizza, and it is a first-class sake as a food sake. Personally, I would have liked a little more acidity and rice flavor. It should be drunk in a wine glass, chilled to a crisp, and drunk with gusto. It is not enough to drink with a boar's mouth. Especially, the gaseous sensation is irresistible.
