funazushio
A fruity, easy-drinking sake that is typical of Nitoshi. It is very easy to drink, with the umami and bitterness of the rice following behind.
However, the bitterness is undeniably too strong. It is a sake that tastes different depending on the temperature.
I think it goes well with sweet flavored dishes such as simmered fish. For better or worse, we are impressed by the wide variation of taste of Ni-Usagi.
