Temperature sensitivity is important. The temperature of a home refrigerator will not bring out the full flavor and sweetness. If you chill it in the freezer 30 to 60 minutes before drinking, it will be completely transformed into a different sake.
It is truly a fruity, mellow, umami-guchi sake that is easy to drink.
I would recommend this sake to anyone.
Personally, I would like to see more impact from the acidity and aroma.
