I have been curious about this sake since I drank it at a restaurant we use for our anniversary. It has a unique sweetness and an interesting, fluffy spread. Delicious cold, but I prefer it warmed.
It is 65% polished rice of Gohyakumangoku.
It has excellent sharpness. It can be served at room temperature, but I preferred to warm it up moderately to about 40-45℃.
