Kami no Ho, is the name of sake rice. It is made in Mie Prefecture and seems to be rather limited to the region. The taste was milder than that of nama-shu, but full-flavored. It was a delicious sake.
Home drinking. Polished to 40.5%. Aromatic, smooth, and delicious. It can be served as an aperitif. Stimulus and bitterness are weak, and it goes in easily. It is too elegant and of course delicious, but it may be a little lacking.
This is the third cup at a local restaurant. There are a lot of things to say about this sake, such as that it is easy to drink and refreshing, or that it goes well with sashimi, but if it is purely a sake for my taste, I prefer this kind of sake with an umakuchi taste. I don't care what kind of snacks you have, just salt is fine! I like this kind of sake. It is delicious.
It goes very well with sashimi. My personal preference for sake itself would be a little more umakuchi. But it is the best match for sashimi. That's one of the things about sake (laughs).
Good initial aroma. Light acidity and bitterness. The taste is rather light and refreshing. It's tasty, but I would like to see a bit more of a hint of flavor, or a bit more breadth.
A softly sweet aroma. The umami and bitterness spread slowly on the tongue. I served it cold because it was not chilled, but I think it would be better served cold. It might be best when chilled and served with sashimi. It is indeed a Niigata sake.
The aroma is soft and fluffy. The taste on the tongue is refreshing and easy to drink. Not too light, yet easy to pair with food, perfect for a mealtime drink.
At the Sake Cost Sake Brewery. What a surprise, there is no miscellaneous taste at all. It's water with no alcohol in it. It's like it's water with alcohol in it. I think it might not be suitable for those who are looking for a strong taste, and I might not have liked it in the past, but anyway, it is definitely a "good sake". It tastes good.
This is a new sake. I used to drink Kouzen Josui and had an image of it being rather refreshing, but perhaps because it is a draft sake, it is rather heavy in the mouthfeel. It also has a bitter taste. I drink it with cheese.
