It is so super dry that it is the driest sake I have ever had. The color is golden and the spiciness stands out, but the umami can be felt in the depths.
The overall flavor is quite robust and drinkable, but it is so delicious that it keeps your hands busy.
It was stored poorly (6 months indoor at room temperature) so I don't know if it tastes true.
I would like to buy and drink it again when I have a chance.
In a good sense, it is easy to drink, with a weak habit. It is easy to drink and has no special characteristics, but if I may say so, I feel that the spiciness of the sake shows up a little.
Year of the Snake Limited Edition Jacket
Drink it chilled and refreshed. Easy to drink daiginjo after all.
You may feel a little spiciness in the aftertaste.
Very dry. There is a hint of sweetness from the rice in the middle of the taste. The aftertaste is a little spicy. It is crisp and tasty without much of a tang.
I encountered it when I went to Kinosaki.
It is said that it is not widely available even in Hyogo Prefecture.
It is true that I had never seen it even in the Yabu area.
I bought it because I wanted to collect cup liquors with printed type jackets.
It's a very thick, cloudy sake. It's good when heated up.
Not my favorite sake.
Daiginjo but with a strong flavor
After snowboarding in Gifu, we stayed at a villa in Green Garden.
We bought food and sake in the neighborhood and brought them in.
Note: 100% Asahi no Yume is used.
It had been a while since I had been to the Yuzawa Station Ponshukan, so I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted, but since it was a limited edition, I picked it up.
It has a dry mouthfeel with a sweet taste of rice and a spicy aftertaste on the tongue.
Sweet, clean and sharp, delicious.
Purchased at Liquor House Kobayashi during a trip to Iwate.
The design is of Shohei Otani's hometown of Iwate, so it has a two-faced design (I heard that this picture was chosen because a picture of the man himself would have cost too much. (I heard an anecdote that they got permission from Shohei Otani's father.)
(I did not buy the Daiginjo, but the Daiginjo has a picture of a hitter.
