I bought it because I wanted to collect cup liquors with printed type jackets.
It's a very thick, cloudy sake. It's good when heated up.
Not my favorite sake.
Daiginjo but with a strong flavor
After snowboarding in Gifu, we stayed at a villa in Green Garden.
We bought food and sake in the neighborhood and brought them in.
Note: 100% Asahi no Yume is used.
It had been a while since I had been to the Yuzawa Station Ponshukan, so I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted, but since it was a limited edition, I picked it up.
It has a dry mouthfeel with a sweet taste of rice and a spicy aftertaste on the tongue.
Sweet, clean and sharp, delicious.
Purchased at Liquor House Kobayashi during a trip to Iwate.

(I did not buy the Daiginjo, but the Daiginjo has a picture of a hitter.
According to my wife, it is not the sweetest plum wine and has a sake feel. It's more like a mixture of plums and sake than pickled. But to me it just feels like a sweet plum wine.
It's spicy, but the taste is refreshing.
I stopped by the supermarket and found this was all they had left for the overnight stay in the car for snowboarding. But it was good.
It was tagged Hanami Sake and was meant to be drunk in spring, but before I knew it, it was the end of May.
Nice aroma, refreshing and a little sweet.
I had it on the rocks.
Local sake from Gujo, crisp as Junmai.
Flower aroma? I couldn't detect it.
There are other floral yeasts in this series, so I'll leave that for another time.
