Great for when you want a fresh, gassy, vibrant drink! The aroma is like melon juice, and the taste is dry and not sweet at all. The taste is dry and not sweet at all. It is not as cloudy as nigori, which is fun because of its appearance that only sake can have!

Good cost performance (1,650 yen) Fruity, mellow, sweet pear-like aroma Good sake in a wine glass It is very smooth and leaves a mark on the glass. Fruity and drinkable. Not too tangy, but fresh like a fresh sake.

Firm taste It's hard to decide what it goes with. I think it would go better with dishes that don't have strong soy sauce (I feel like dry or recently trendy sake would go better with sashimi, etc.). I'll try it heated up because I'm sure it'll be delicious.

Yamadanishiki Special A District Hasegawa Sake Shop I wanted to drink Sawaya Matsumoto because I was attracted by the word "Limited". I think it said something like "There is no skill better than raw materials". It was 15 degrees Celsius, and it was fairly gassy, but not fruity, probably more on the dry side. A delicious sake that would definitely go well with Kyoto cuisine. I have an image that I don't like dry sake, but I really like this one!

First time to drink Mimurosugi, the season is right and it's new sake! It's really good! Even my friends who don't like alcohol were happy to drink it because it's low in alcohol content. It's like a schnitzel, like a soda, and we could all finish a bottle in no time! Seasonal and good for late fall and winter!

Nagasaki's Ichi-Oshi It was reputed to have a citrus (grapefruit) feel to it, but I can certainly tell! Nikomaru? It's like a thing! It's usually a good sake.

Maybe it was the rice (Aizan) or the rice polishing ratio (90), but I thought it was quite a distinctive sake with a taste I had never had before! As I am still a beginner, I could only taste the difference between fruity, sweet, and dry sake, but this was the first sake that made me realize that there are so many different tastes in sake. It wasn't something I wanted to drink a lot of, but I got the impression that it wasn't a complete failure.

sake park When I asked the people at Kamikawa Taisetsu, they told me to try this one first, and I tried it, and I personally liked it a lot! It can be drunk on its own and goes well with any meal! It's not the kind of sake that you are forced to drink, but more like the sake that you are supposed to drink. I would recommend this kind of sake to anyone who is just starting to get into sake.
