I've been wanting to drink Kafuda-shu for a long time! I thought Kwang Suisen would be the standard, and there was also Hachitan-Nishiki, but I went with this one! It tasted fresh and fruity, like freshly squeezed sake, and anyone would enjoy it! The Junmai Daiginjo-esque specialness and pleasure were also great! The label and the sake itself have a high quality feel to them. My favorite!

Popular instrument Masamune Nakadori Honjozo Sake that feels quite cosy It has a sweetness and a decent sense of melon. It could be said to be in the upper 2,000 yen range Kido is another representative of Cospa, but again, this one has a different taste, so I would like to keep both of them in the fridge at all times!

Machida Sake Brewery, which I have been looking for for a long time! I was happy to find it in my hometown because I don't see that many of this label series (I have the impression that even big liquor stores in Tokyo don't have that many). It's quite light and easy to drink. Fruity, with a touch of acidity, just the way I like it. The light blue color of the label also makes it refreshing. I had the impression that sake made with Gohyakumangoku was somewhat dry and dry, but I was a little surprised that it could also have such a good aroma. The sharpness is good, and the lightness of the brand is impressive. The Machida Sake Brewery label series also has a 55% rice polishing ratio, and it seems that there are many different versions made with different rice.

Sake recommended by local liquor store Apparently it's read as "tenyaku". I didn't know about this sake and was a little nervous about whether I would like it or not, but it was very good! Mellow, sweet and muscat-like aroma, but with a nice sharpness. I was sure it was the one he recommended because he said he would drink it with his father, who likes dry sake! It's 16%, so it's very drinkable, and I didn't drink much water, so I didn't get a hangover 😵. There was also a hiya-otoshi (cold sake), so it would be nice to compare the two!

The well-balanced sake. It is not tiring to drink, and I think it goes well with all kinds of Japanese food. As is typical of pure sake and junmai, you can feel the flavor and freshness of the rice. The color is clear and colorless, which I like because it is just like sake. Is the sweetness from the Yamada-Nishiki or is it the taste of Yamada-Nishiki? I would like to try other versions using different rice or other Ni Usagi.

Great for when you want a fresh, gassy, vibrant drink! The aroma is like melon juice, and the taste is dry and not sweet at all. The taste is dry and not sweet at all. It is not as cloudy as nigori, which is fun because of its appearance that only sake can have!
