Sake recommended by local liquor store
Apparently it's read as "tenyaku".
I didn't know about this sake and was a little nervous about whether I would like it or not, but it was very good!
Mellow, sweet and muscat-like aroma, but with a nice sharpness.
I was sure it was the one he recommended because he said he would drink it with his father, who likes dry sake!
It's 16%, so it's very drinkable, and I didn't drink much water, so I didn't get a hangover 😵.
There was also a hiya-otoshi (cold sake), so it would be nice to compare the two!
