Machida Sake Brewery, which I have been looking for for a long time!
I was happy to find it in my hometown because I don't see that many of this label series (I have the impression that even big liquor stores in Tokyo don't have that many).
It's quite light and easy to drink.
Fruity, with a touch of acidity, just the way I like it.
The light blue color of the label also makes it refreshing.
I had the impression that sake made with Gohyakumangoku was somewhat dry and dry, but I was a little surprised that it could also have such a good aroma.
The sharpness is good, and the lightness of the brand is impressive.
The Machida Sake Brewery label series also has a 55% rice polishing ratio, and it seems that there are many different versions made with different rice.
