I really like this sour taste. And I like the aroma that lingers in my throat after I finish it. In other words, it is delicious. Almost a white wine.

This is my first Saitama sake, even though I live in Saitama. I can feel the sweetness of the rice, but the aftertaste is rather crisp. It is easy to drink.
