Purchased on 11/23 when I went to Kompirazan to pay my respects.
On that day, the event of the first shibori (squeezing sake for the first time) was being held.
I could have had a free sake, but I had to use amazake because of my car...
I chose the Junmai sake instead of the Hatsushibori sake.
It was a delicious sake that was easy to drink without any peculiarities and went well with meals.
